YVC is a network connecting and empowering LGBTQ+ adolescents and young adults between ages of 15 to 30 years to advocate on their health, safety and security, and social acceptance in Asia and the Pacific. Youth Voices Count envisions a society in which young people of [all] sexual and gender diversity including [those that identify as] lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer identities lead safe and free lives with equal opportunity to achieve their full potential and well-being.

Damnok Toek's vision is for every child and youth in Cambodia to have their rights equally respected and their basic needs met. To accomplish this, Damnok Toek provides protective services for children and youth, including those with disabilities, to mitigate the risk of harm or abuse.

M'Lop Tapang, a local non-profit organization registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia, has been working with vulnerable of Sihanoukville since 2003. M'Lop Tapang envisions an environment where all children are allowed to grow up in their families feeling safe, healthy and happy; a society where all children are respected and treated equally; a community where all children are given choices about their future. M'Lop Tapang strives to provide a safe haven for vulnerable children of Sihanoukville, offering care and support to any child at risk. We offer access to education, reintegration with families, life-skills training and creative and recreational activities, while ensuring protection from all forms of abuse. Our efforts allow underprivileged children to embrace their childhood so they can become responsible adults and positive, independent members of society.

Entrepreneurs du Monde, founded in 1998, is a French public interest association which works with populations in developing countries. The organisation helps thousands of women and men living in extremely difficult circumstances to improve their living conditions, by supporting their own entrepreneurial ventures and giving them access to products which can bring significant health, economic and environmental benefits. Entrepreneurs du Monde helps these people create the conditions they need to become successful, and in turn make economic and social progress.

Passerelles numeriques (PN) provides vocational training in the digital sector to underprivileged youths by leveraging their potential and willpower. We endeavour to truly develop their employability, allowing them and their families to escape poverty in a sustainable way and to contribute to the social and economic development of their communities and countries. PN's objective is that at least 90% of graduates escape poverty and become professionally successful relative to the national average. To reduce gender inequality we select as many girls as boys to our programs. PN runs three programs in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (PNC), in Da Nang, Vietnam (PNV) and in Cebu City in the Philippines (PNP). Over 2100 students have graduated from all centres so far and over 10 000 people have been globally supported. Over 90% of our graduates find employment within two months of graduation and 89% of them worked in ICT in 2018.

VISION: ODOV's vision is to see Cambodian people (both female and male) living in a positive environment with dignity, good health, and peace. MISSION: ODOV works to build capacity and empower vulnerable groups and community based organizations. AIMS: HADA works in partnership with communities throughout the world to provide compassion, relief, training and development. OBJECTIVES: The objects for which the association is established are - To provide direct relief to people who are experiencing poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune, destitution and/or helplessness of such seriousness as would arouse pity or compassion in the community. As a means of achieving this, the organisation will undertake the following activities: 2.1. To provide administrative and logistical support to new and existing projects. 2.2. To provide skills and training with the object of achieving autonomy for the projects. 2.3. To provide and support plans for the development of communities in ways which will improve their quality of life. 2.4. To do such other things of a social, community or benevolent nature as will assist in the creation of a better society. 2.5. To integrate all projects as part of the local community.
