TechQuest STEM Academy LTD/GTE is a nonprofit organization that provides technology education content, resources and tools for the delivery of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics), ICT and Digital literacy programs to young Africans at scale. Mission: Our mission is to inspire African technology; raising the next million builders by imparting the building blocks of STEM, ICT and Digital Literacy; leveraging technology and community channels for scalable operations, minimal cost and a wider reach. We believe that STEM is the foundation for modern-day economic growth and equipping young people with these skills will be critical for Africa's rise in the digital economy. What we do We work with STEM organizations, hubs and communities of educators to complement traditional academic learning with an in-depth introduction to STEM, ICT and Digital Literacy by providing the content, resources and tools needed to drive innovation, evaluation and scale. Our Core Areas: Content and Product Development, Learning Assessments, Program Design and Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Community Engagement and Research & Development. Content & Product Development: We create content using design thinking principles and build the tools necessary for the delivery of STEM, ICT and Digital Literacy programs. Some of these content/tools include: TQ STEM Portal with features such as eLearning, scheduling, monitoring & evaluation, reporting etc. TQ STEM Electronics and Computer Science Kits, Practical STEM/ICT Curricula, and Textbook & Video Series for secondary school students and teachers. Program Design & Implementation: We design and implement STEM/ICT programs that align with our mission to inspire African technology. Monitoring & Evaluation: Our drive for Research & Development puts data collection and analysis at the forefront of our engagements. We facilitate sustainable development by embedding a culture of scientific thinking in our engagements. Since our inception in 2015, TechQuest has impacted over 24,000 young Africans in STEM through various programs, partnering with local, international and governmental organizations. Our goal is to inspire and encourage more young people into the STEM field to fill the gap that the world faces, which Africa can provide for a better and inclusive tomorrow.

Edu-GIRLS seeks to address the unique challenges to delivering education to girls created by social and gender bias in poverty affected households. In such households, with both parents trying to earn a living, girls are often held back from school to take care of the household or look after younger siblings or even to add to the meager family income through menial work. Edu-GIRLS approach customizes delivery methods to achieve success in such a setting, where few resources are devoted to the girl child.We do not stop at increased primary enrollment. We do not stop at achieving high rates of high school completion. We extend ourselves to ensure that girls have acquired skills for good jobs.We go all the way to financial independence.

Mission: We leverage existing community and government resources to ensure that all girls are in school and learning well. Vision: We aim to achieve behavioural, social and economic transformation for all girls towards an India where all children have equal opportunities to access quality education.

Outreach Antigone Rising visits schools, community & youth centers, embassies and corporations for a 60-90 minute outreach program.We share stories about our experience as women in a male-dominated industry. We weave songs throughout the program as relevant to the discussion. A typical outreach ends with a Q&A period and song requests from the audience. The band's light-hearted rapport makes every Girls Rising event unique, entertaining and informative. Most importantly, a Girls Rising outreach always leaves kids (and grown ups) feeling empowered. Mentoring Antigone Rising mentors aspiring female artists through performance and songwriting workshops. Each year, artists are chosen to perform at the band's annual “BeachFest,” which takes place the third weekend of September at Sea Cliff Beach Pavillion on Long Island. In previous years, the band has featured 4th grade violinist, Emily White, high school singer-songwriter Mia Alonso and 14 year old singer songwriter Alexis Avery. While on tour, the band presents young local female artists to open shows, giving them an opportunity to perform in front of a large audience. Artists have included 11 year old singer songwriter Taylor Gayle in Dallas, TX, Hannah Cottrell and Annie & Kate in Austin, TX, Vietnamese artist, Cue, Kalliope Jones in Northampton, MA, and Sydney Kayne in Stanhope, NJ.

Their mission is to trigger an increased curiosity through deliberate education, access and opportunity of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematic (STEM) within the minds of black girls in every community.

The mission of Rwanda Girls Initiative is to educate and empower girls of Rwanda to reach their highest potential.
