Erie Neighborhood House promotes a just and inclusive society by strengthening low-income, primarily Latino families through skill-building, access to critical resources, advocacy and collaborative action. The mission of the conflict center is to reduce levels of physical, verbal and emotional violence, teaching practical, nonviolent methods for dealing with conflict and anger. Founded in colorado in 1987, the organization works with individuals and groups in a variety of settings, involving them in exercises that teach communication skills, consequences, negotiation, values clarification, win-win outcomes, and problem-solving skills. Our three major program areas are school programs, organizations (including business, neighborhoods, congregations, and families), and youth at risk. We teach conflict management, anger management, and parenting. We apply three processes for individuals and groups in conflict: facilitation, mediation, and negotiation. We provide services based on a sliding fee scale and are committed to providing 50% of services to people in poverty.

Student Global Ambassador Program (SGAP Leaders) empowers underserved teens to become agents of change in their communities and beyond by thinking critically, applying STEM, and championing social justice. Our workshops challenge our teens from different schools, regions and countries to think critically around real issues that affect real lives; as a result they develop leadership and team building skills; and through the process, they gain a voice and feel empowered.

Founded in 2007, Grounded invests in people and the places they live to improve the social, economic, and environmental health of communities from within. Sisterhood Agenda is an award-winning, tax-exempt nonprofit organization that creates and implements activities for women and girls around the globe for education, support and empowerment. Sisterhood Agenda promotes positive social change and has over 6,000 global partners in 36 countries. Global partners create an extensive sisterhood network to increase local organization capacity and unite women and girls. Sisterhood Agenda's SEA (Sisterhood Empowerment Academy), based in the U.S. Virgin Islands, attracts international participants. On global and local levels, Sisterhood Agenda addresses social, health, economic and cultural issues facing women and girls to promote positive life outcomes.
