Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation works to raise community awareness and funding in support of Hudson Valley Hospice’s mission to provide, through its programs and services , care and compassion to the men, women and children of Dutchess and Ulster Counties who are facing life limiting illnesses of themselves or of a loved one.

Founded in 2004, the Kenadi Jean Weis Foundation was created to honor our little June bug who passed away unexpectedly at age five. The Best Foot Forward Foundation, Inc. (BFF) is the only nonproêtorganization in Palm Beach County exclusively dedicated to theeducational success of foster care children who have been abused,neglected, or abandoned. Established in 2010, its mission is to empower foster care youth to maximize their potential by providing essential academic support and guidance. BFF co-founders DonnaBiase and Debbie Ellman volunteered in the Palm Beach Countyschool system for many years before founding Best Foot Forward. In2010, Best Foot Forward Foundation was founded and in 2011, oneyear after its existence, BFF was recognized for its innovative workwith foster care students in Palm Beach County and was selected as“Child Advocates of the Year” by Florida's Children First.

Family Lives On Foundation's mission is to support the lifelong emotional well-being of children and teens whose mother or father has died and increase the awareness of the impact of grief and loss on a child. The Tradition Program provides virtual, ongoing, therapeutic support, meeting children and teens where they are, creating a safe haven for grief, communication and celebration.

It is the mission of Holy Cross Education Foundation to provide funding and administrative assistance to schools that strive to provide the highest quality primary education to children in disadvantage areas. We seek to effectively help prepare students for the challenges of life in the 21st century - spiritually, mentally, morally, emotionally and physically by providing a state-of-the-art educational environment.

The mission of Cannonball Kids’ cancer Foundation (CKc) is to fund innovative, accessible research for children fighting cancer to provide better treatments and quality of life, and to educate for change. Our vision is to find cures for all childhood cancers. Pediatric cancer is the number one killer by disease of children. For kids fighting cancer, only four new treatments have been approved by the FDA in the past 40 years. Forty years! This is unacceptable. Funding new, innovative research is the only solution. The life-saving trials our children need are largely funded by individuals who donate to organizations like CKc. Founded in 1981, the Orphan Foundation of America (OFA)is the only national organization dedicated solely to helping older foster youth make a successful transition to adulthood. OFA's mission is to provide teens leaving foster care with scholarships, leadership development, mentoring support, and independent living skills that will enable them to become productive, self-reliant adults.

MissionKind to Kids Foundation believes that every child deserves a bright future. We deliver education, advocacy and guidance to children in foster care, poverty and at-risk with case management education services and resources to give children the support they need to succeed in life. Since our founding in 2008, we have served over 17,000 children in need.

SPEF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the enhancement and advocacy of the public schools in San Pedro. Through the leadership efforts of the foundation in fundraising, researching, developing, and marketing our public schools, long-term partnerships continue to be built with educators, families, local government and the business community to strengthen our schools from kindergarten through high school.

The Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation keeps music alive in our schools by donating musical instruments to under-funded music programs, and vital support services to school districts nationwide, giving economically-disadvantaged youth access to the many benefits of music education, leading them to success in school, and inspiring creativity and expression through playing music.
