National Exchange Club Foundation

Founded in 1979, the National Exchange Club Foundation (NECF) works to prevent child abuse through a national network of Child Abuse Prevention Centers.  These centers implement the evidenced-based Exchange Parent Aide program.  Technical support is offered to Exchange Clubs as they implement local child abuse prevention educational projects.  NECF works to secure resources to support Exchange's other programs of service that support strong communities, i.e. Youth and Americanism projects.
