Global Girls mission is to equip girls of color with skills that nurture their individual growth and inspire them to use their talents for positive change in their communities and throughout the world. We provide a safe space where participants learn performance, communication and social/emotional skills. Our curriculum is grounded in positive youth development best practices stemming from research in child and adolescent development. The overwhelming consensus is that youth need the following key assets to thrive and become healthy productive adults: 1. Safe environment 2. Supportive environment 3. Interaction 4. Engagement 5. Youth-centered policies and practices 6. High expectations The lessons helps youth develop critical thinking skills as they investigate their issues and seek solutions. Each program participant acquires dance, acting and story crafting skills while also reinforcing essential habits such as resiliency, empathy, self-discipline and grit. The result is socially conscious, youth-driven theatre that gives voice to participant's issues and concerns.

Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG) empowers youth and contributes to their personal development by encouraging them to participate in the social responsibility projects as volunteers since it was founded as non-profit organization in 2002.Its slogan is "Youth-led, Adult-guided". TOG, believing that youth has potential and energy to create solutions for social and environmental problems, trains university students about social responsibility and supports them to design and implement social responsibility projects. This is supported by generous tuition scholarships which enable students to contribute towards their tuition at relative levels of affordability. TSIBA Business School's undergraduate students pay only what they can afford, removing any financial barriers to tertiary education. Return on investment since inception 2004 through our Business School includes over 7500 annual tuition fee scholarships awarded, over 4000 students directly impacted, a post-graduate employment rate of over 90%, eight Mandela Rhodes Scholars and three Kofi Annan Fellows. Center Point's mission is to provide comprehensive social, educational, vocational, medical, psychological, housing and rehabilitation services to combat social problems such as substance abuse, poverty, unemployment and homelessness. Center Point offers rehabilitation and treatment services that interrupt the abusive cycles of psychological, social and economic dislocation by providing critical training and support so that individuals and families can claim self-worth and dignity.
