WEPAC’s mission is to promote childhood literacy by engaging volunteers in Philadelphia public schools through re-opening and staffing libraries and academic mentoring. In our vision, every Philadelphia student will be empowered with the literacy skills vital to the success of the child and the prosperity of our community.

The mission of the Sycamore Academy of Science and Cultural Arts is to prepare a diverse tk-8th grade student population for secondary education, college, careers and global citizenship by providing each child with the knowledge, critical skills, and fundamental dispositions to become a self-motivated, competent, lifelong learner.

At ISA, we believe in the potential of the largest ever young generation. When young people have the motivation, the skills and the opportunities they will be able to make the change they want to see in their lives and in the places they live, study and work. Our programmes do exactly that. Why is this needed? Young people in the underserved communities we work, often lack safe spaces where they can team-up, there is a limited supply of positive activities to engage in, and there are few opportunities for young people to attain quality education or income opportunities. Together with community organisations, (youth) coaches and mentors, we're turning tables and by providing opportunities for young people to make a future for themselves and that of the entire community.

PLAN exists to deepen democracy, transform power and achieve greater justice in Nevada. We employ leadership development, grassroots organizing, policy advocacy and direct action to build power with our communities.

TADA!’s mission is to provide young people from different backgrounds with musical theater programs that inspire them to be creative, learn, and think differently. TADA! is a unique Drama Desk award-winning nonprofit youth theater that produces original musicals for children, teens, and family audiences. We offer a free, year-round, pre-professional training and a positive youth development program for the Resident Youth Ensemble (ages 8-18); musical theater classes/camps for the public; as well as musical theater residencies in NYC schools and community centers. Through TADA!’s high-quality work, young people’s self-confidence and creativity are enhanced, which develops advanced skills in leadership, communication, responsibility, collaboration, and problem-solving – skills that help with growing up and are essential to their success both in school and in life.

At the Buck, we aim to end the threat of age-related diseases for this and future generations. We bring together the most capable and passionate scientists from a broad range of disciplines to study mechanisms of aging and to identify therapeutics that slow down aging. Our goal is to increase human health span, or the healthy years of life. Located just north of San Francisco, we are globally recognized as the pioneer and leader in efforts to target aging, the number one risk factor for serious diseases including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, cancer, macular degeneration, heart disease, and diabetes. The Buck wants to help people live better longer. Our success will ultimately change healthcare.
