THE MISSION OF DUTCHESS COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION IS TO RAISE FUNDS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND SUPPORT THE DUTCHESS COMMUNITY COLLEGE'S ("DCC") INITIATIVES THAT WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT AND DIRECT IMPACT ON THE STUDENTS, FACULTY, AND STAFF OF DCC.
THE DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION PROVIDES GIFTS, GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY. THESE FUNDS ARE DISBURSED TO DSU STUDENTS OR DEPARTMENTS BASED ON FINANCIAL NEED, QUALIFICATIONS, AND/OR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DONOR'S WISHES.
The Pellissippi State Foundation exists to develop friends and funds for support of the educational, cultural, and service goals of Pellissippi State Community College. The Pellissippi Foundation assists the entire College in promoting excellence by securing financial support for special educational and cultural activities that are in addition to the ongoing operational expenses for the College.
The College of New Jersey Foundation encourages and receives philanthropic support to expand access to and enhance the outstanding educational and community service opportunities provided to students at The College of New Jersey. The Foundation carries out its mission by establishing funds for student support, learning experiences, academic enrichment and capital improvement. By promoting a culture of philanthropy, and through prudent investment, stewardship and accountability to donors and the community, the Foundation advances the College’s mission and reputation as a nationally recognized public institution.
The Millersville University Foundation is a separate entity from Millersville University and its mission is to manage and invest endowed gifts for the University. It is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt public foundation incorporated to receive gifts which benefit Millersville University and to administer those funds in perpetuity in a manner prescribed by the donors. Today, the MU Foundation manages over 370 scholarship and program accounts, and holds assets in excess of $20 million. The MU Foundation's activities are managed by an independent Board of Directors that includes leaders from the University, the community and the alumni body at large.
