Founded in 1991, this Washington, DC-area nonprofit is modeled loosely on the Aspen Institute and works with top-level executives in all professions to address the deep personal and public issues of modern life from the perspective of faith. Its mission is to contribute to the transformation and renewal of society through the transformation and renewal of leaders. The board and staff are Christian in commitment, but its programs are open to leaders from all faith commitments (or none) and are held in a seminar style that focuses on themed readings and respects the perspectives of all participants. Particular focus areas include ethics, character, motivation, responsibility, philanthropy, and freedom of conscience, all addressed in the context of history and the great ideas of Western civilization.

We empower teenagers to transform the negative forces in their lives into positive action. Using the performing arts and community action as vehicles, our teenagers learn to build relationships across differences, resolve conflicts without violence, take on their responsibility to others, and lead.

Our mission is to deliver access to the benefits of high-quality, tuition-free music education. Through intensive instruction and performance, our students achieve excellence in music that transfers to other areas in life. They grow musically, socially, emotionally and intellectually, and develop a foundation of responsibility, self-esteem, resilience and purpose.

Toigo's mission is to inspire change—to advance more inclusive leadership within finance and beyond. Diversity in Finance | Access to Talent: We develop leaders and foster the career advancement of highly talented women and men throughout their MBA experience. Our 1,700 Toigo alumni are the foundation on which we have built programming to support the career ascension and retention of minority leaders in finance. Sustained Partnerships | Inclusive Leadership: Over the past 30+ years, Toigo’s partnerships have persisted during times of both abrupt change and innovation. The trust we have earned and the lessons learned allow Toigo to help organizations fulfill the promise of more inclusive workplaces through tailored strategies. Toigo’s strong relationships with industry leaders allow us to advocate on behalf of our Alumni with C-suite and corporate board aspirations, entrepreneurial passions and more. We have built a model with a conviction to encourage thinking beyond what is comfortable to what is possible. We are working for a day when Kentuckians and all people enjoy a better quality of life. When the lives of people and communities matter before profits. When our communities have good jobs that support our families without doing damage to the water, air and land. When companies and the wealthy pay their share of taxes and can't buy elections. When all people have health care, shelter, food, education, clean water and other basic needs. When children are listened to and valued. When discrimination is wiped out of our laws, habits and hearts. And when the voices of ordinary people are heard and respected in our democracy.

The CPFQ Child Sponsorship Program is designed to build bridges between the Canadian community and Palestinian children living under occupation or in refugee camps. Children enrolled in our program live under conditions of extreme poverty and unemployment. Many of them live in densely populated refugee camps. A suitable infrastructure is absent, seriously threatening the physical and mental health of residents. Many children suffer from serious health problems and disabilities. Due to financial hardship, many have to leave school at a very young age to help support their families. The severe restrictions on employment and movement make the future of these children very bleak. In addition to providing much needed financial assistance, the program helps maintain stable and rewarding relationships between each child and their sponsor. This simple message of hope can offset some of the effects of the chaotic and insecure conditions in which they live.

Oak Bay High School is a part of the Greater Victoria School District. At present, the school enrolls about 1150 students in grades 9 - 12. Oak Bay High School is dedicated to the growth and development of informed citizens whose contributions to the world are tempered with respect, understanding and tolerance. We have developed a culture of excellence, innovation and student leadership over the decades. Our philosophy, programming and professional development are based on five educational pillars of excellence: Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts, Community Leadership and Philanthropy.

To reduce the burden of human cancer, research conducted at the Institute for Cancer Research of Fox Chase Cancer Center for over eight decades has led to ground-breaking discoveries affecting science and medicine today. Current research programs are wide-ranging and include gene expression; molecular aspects of oncogenesis; viral molecular biology and pathogenesis; molecular structure and function analysis; pharmacology and therapeutics; regulation and development of the immune system; cell-cycle control; and human genetics. Opportunities are available for postdoctoral fellowships and graduate training and for professionals interested in developing technology-based business relationships or partnerships with Fox Chase.
