Toigo's mission is to inspire change—to advance more inclusive leadership within finance and beyond. Diversity in Finance | Access to Talent: We develop leaders and foster the career advancement of highly talented women and men throughout their MBA experience. Our 1,700 Toigo alumni are the foundation on which we have built programming to support the career ascension and retention of minority leaders in finance. Sustained Partnerships | Inclusive Leadership: Over the past 30+ years, Toigo’s partnerships have persisted during times of both abrupt change and innovation. The trust we have earned and the lessons learned allow Toigo to help organizations fulfill the promise of more inclusive workplaces through tailored strategies. Toigo’s strong relationships with industry leaders allow us to advocate on behalf of our Alumni with C-suite and corporate board aspirations, entrepreneurial passions and more. We have built a model with a conviction to encourage thinking beyond what is comfortable to what is possible. Our mission is to help low-income teenagers transform what they believe is possible for themselves and develop the skills they need to become college educated leaders who give back to their families and communities.

Global Camps Africa changes the lives of South Africa's vulnerable children and youth by providing HIV/AIDS prevention education and training through high impact residential and day camp experiences and continuing education, equipping young people with the life skills that will support them in becoming safe and productive adults who have hope for the future.

InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. It teaches the language and ethic of play in a deep and powerful way. Founded in 1990, the InterPlay philosophy and practices are building playful communities around the world.

Youth Theatre Northwest nurtures the intellectual, artistic, and personal development of children and youth through drama education, performing opportunities, and live theatre experiences.

The Worcester Youth Orchestras, Inc. Founded in 1947, the Worcester Youth Orchestras (WYO) have maintained a presence in Central Massachusetts for more than 60 years offering musical training, orchestral experiences and fostering life long friendships for aspiring young musicians. The mission of WYO is twofold - first, providing youth with an educational and enjoyable musical experience to build the qualities of teamwork, self-discipline and diligence that will benefit them now and as adults. And second, providing accessible live musical performances and cultural enrichment to the greater Worcester community.
