Society of Young Inklings helps young writers—regardless of their circumstances—find their voices and make their mark on the world. We currently reach over 900 students annually in over 230 programs. Your donation will help us: - Offer free workshops and scholarship assistance to 15% of our kids who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford writing instruction and mentorship - Offer our free Inklings Book program to publish student stories and poems - Build online classes to reach writers of every background everywhere - Create an online community where passionate writers can be inspired, share their writing journey and publish their work. Harvesters Reaching the Nations (HRTN) is a Christ-centered organization providing discipleship, education and health care to orphans as well as vulnerable women and children in remote regions of the world. We are working to realize a vision: a world where children are free from spiritual, economic and social poverty so they can better serve their communities as disciples of Christ.

It is the MISSION of New Life for Haiti (NLFH) to give children a chance at a future, to meet the urgent needs of families, to foster new economic opportunities and to influence cultural thinking toward a sustainable change within the Grande Anse River Valley on the southern peninsula of Haiti, while acting as the hands and feet of Jesus to bring the life-giving and hopeful message of Christ’s salvation to the Haitian people.

826 National

826 is the largest youth writing network in the country. 826 was founded in 2002 by author Dave Eggers and educator Nínive Calegari. Rooted in the belief that strong writing skills are essential for academic and lifelong success, the 826 Network now serves close to 80,000 students ages 6-18 in under-resourced communities each year, with the support of almost 5,000 volunteers. 826 has chapters in nine U.S. cities: Boston, Chicago, Detroit/Ann Arbor, Los Angeles, Minneapolis/St. Paul, New Orleans, New York City, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. Each chapter offers five core programs for free: After-School Tutoring, Field Trips, Workshops, Young Authors' Book Project, and In-School program.826Digital.com makes our inventive writing resources available to educators everywhere for free.

Spread the Word Nevada

Spread the Word Nevada is dedicated to advancing early childhood literacy by placing books into the homes of children within Southern Nevada's low income communities. Through community collaboration, mentorship and family partnership programs, Kids to Kids fosters reading and language development opportunities ultimately leading to brighter academic and economic futures for these children.
