Moriah's mission is to deliver an academic program of the highest caliber while instilling a sense of commitment to Torat Yisrael, Am Yisrael and Medinat Yisrael. Our school emphasizes the use of a variety of modalities in the classroom and beyond to enable each child to realize his or her potential in the spheres of academic, religious and personal growth. Our graduates leave Moriah with deep pride in their Jewish heritage and an appreciation for the role they can play in improving the world in which they live. Serving as "a home away from home" for children from nursery through the eighth grade, Moriah has become one of the largest yeshivas in Bergen County.It is recognized for its pursuit of educational excellence, its commitment to developing the fullest potential of each of its students, and most importantly, its dedication to produce learned and fully committed Torah-observant Jews. Moriah strives to impart to its children a strong sense of values and ethical standards, and to endow them with the skills they need to become knowledgeable, successful, and fully contributing members of the communities in which they live. Moriah seeks to instill in its students an intense love of Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael, the People of Israel and the Land of Israel. Within the walls of Moriah, our Jewish heritage is transmitted to a new generation, a generation which holds the future of our people in its hands. This is a sacred mission, one our faculty members and administration embrace and keep close to their hearts.

Redwood Cooperative School was established in 2014 with the goal of fostering children’s creativity and curiosity through progressive, project-based learning. Through experiential education, we aim to create a learning environment that nurtures the whole child. Redwood School equally promotes all disciplines of education from Literacy, Math, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education, Nature, Music, Visual Art and Play. Our cooperative model allows for collaboration between classroom teachers, program specialists and parents. This pooling of time, talents and resources promotes a deep level of learning and allows for our children to be immersed in their educational experience, fostering their innate thirst for knowledge. Our programs promote the arts and emphasize the strong connection to nature and the outdoors while maintaining high standards in core content areas such as Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies. At Redwood, blended grade classrooms encourage the development of social and emotional intelligence, providing the students opportunities to interact through group work and free play. Our student to instructor ratio is low (approximately 6 to 1) as we have one Head teacher in the classroom, an assistant teacher and a parent each day. We celebrate diversity by allowing children to be themselves and providing a learning experience that meets each student’s individual needs. Redwood strives to provide all this at a tuition rate that is affordable to most families. Financial aid is available.

We are a faith based non-profit 501-(c)3 ministry of FARRR Foundation, and a Trauma Informed Care organization serving communities since 2008. Our mission is to show the Love of Christ to others by serving in practical ways, and provide a dignified environment for spiritual growth. We aim to educate our communities about the impact of trauma on clients, coworkers, friends, family, and even ourselves. Understanding the impact of trauma is an important first step in becoming a compassionate and supportive community. We currently provide a range of wrap around supportive services; such as: * Open daily as a Day Shelter w/ a Clothing Closet * Coffee Bar with light snacks and water * Daily Devotions & Christian Nurture * Hot Buffet Lunch * Bi-weekly Food Pantry and haircuts are provided for free from a professional cosmetologist. * Bikes for Individuals w/ Transportation Needs * Prison Ministry * Facilitating Resources for Ex-Offenders * Workforce Development ALSO.... * FREEDOM CELEBRATION: The 2nd Tuesday at 7:00pm, dinner is provided for individuals and/or family members that have been affected by incarceration. * LIGHT CHANGE TOKENS: A cooperative effort of Warm Streets and Church of the Good Shepherd designed to meet some of the basic needs of the most vulnerable among us (i.e. homeless and nearly homeless). Compassionate donors sponsor tokens that can be spent as spare change at local businesses and restaurants. * THE REDEMPTION GROUP: Every Wednesday at 6:30pm, faith-based support group for individuals with hurts, habits, hang-ups and addictions. *50 SHADES OF RED, EVERY WOMAN HAS A STORY: Women’s ministry that encourages, empowers, and embraces women in healing and restoration. * LIGHTHOUSE COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP: Sundays from 10:00 am – 12:30pm, we gather like the early church for worship, fellowship, sharing testimonies along with learning from the Word of God. Lunch is served after fellowship. * LIGHTHOUSE KIDS: Cooperative Kids Ministry with other churches and non-profits that host planned events throughout the week for students, ages 5 – 15 encompassing a Christ-centered curriculum. * ABIGAIL HOUSE: Anti-Human Trafficking Ministry of The Lighthouse, Abigail House is the only transitional housing facility for women in rescue in the region. It serves women that have been victims of sex trafficking.

Trinity Academy is an independent tuition-free elementary school serving students and their families in the Hartford area. More directly, JA’s purpose is to educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise, business, and economics in an effort to improve the quality of their lives.

Coeur D Alene Charter Academy provides a tuition-free, college-preparatory education for grades 6-12. Enrollment numbers are capped to ensure small daily class sizes.
