THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION FOR POTTSTOWN EDUCATION IS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR AND SUPPORT LIFE-CHANGING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE STUDENTS AND TEACHERS IN THE POTTSTOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT PROMOTING THE ENHANCEMENT OF OUR COMMUNITY.

Lincoln provides a unique array of comprehensive programs and services for some of the Bay Area’s most vulnerable populations. Lincoln’s approach is simple: provide children with support and services as young as possible and make a continuum of programs available to them during their school years and through to graduation from high school. We go one step further to ensure their success by providing services to strengthen and engage the family and the community around them. This is how Lincoln disrupts the cycle of poverty and trauma, empowering children and families to build strong futures. Only Lincoln provides personalized care through integrated programs focused on education, family and well-being.

Africa New Life Ministries exists to communicate the message of Jesus Christ in word and deed, to Africa and all the nations. This ministry will help all peoples to know about the relationship with God available to them through belief in Jesus as Savior. This will be accomplished by providing access to education, leadership training, and healthcare; through church planting and Christian discipleship; and through holistic care for vulnerable children, and women and men in need.

The mission of the school is to provide the students of acs with quality, God-centered education; training children in the way they should go, equipping students to glorify god by being a witness for Jesus Christ to the world through a curriculum which challenges students to attain academic, emotional, physical, and spiritual excellence enabling them to pursue the secondary education of their choice and preparing them to be knowledgeable Christian participants in our nation and in our world.

Reading Partners is a national education nonprofit dedicated to improving students’ reading skills. We work in Title I elementary schools to support students from low-income communities who are reading 6 months to 2.5 years below grade-level. We recruit and train community volunteers to work one-on-one with students for 45 minutes twice a week, following a structured, research-based curriculum.

Little Kids Rock transforms lives by restoring, expanding, and innovating music education in our schools! Little Kids Rock began in 1996 as an informal effort by ESL teacher David Wish to give his San Francisco Bay Area second grade students a music enrichment program because the school did not have funding for one. What began as one teacher’s effort to bring music education to a few dozen public school children has catapulted into a national nonprofit that serves hundreds of thousands of young people year after year. Little Kids Rock was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization in 2002, and has since expanded with programs in 48 states. We accomplished this by: • Championing an innovative modern band music education that connects learning to the music kids already know and love—styles including rock, pop, hip-hop, country, EDM, reggae, and other contemporary styles as they emerge—performed on guitar, keyboard, bass guitar, drums, vocals, and technology • Recruiting, training, and equipping public school teachers to start music programs utilizing our methods and materials • Partnering with public school districts to provide a quality music education to as many young people as possible—especially those in underserved communities Today, Little Kids Rock is the largest nonprofit provider of musical instruments, program curriculum, and teacher training in the country. Having trained more than 5,000 teachers and served more than 1,000,000 students in 500 public school districts to date, Little Kids Rock has emerged as a national thought leader in the field of music education to become a valued service provider to the U.S. public school system.

China Tomorrow Education Foundation is committed to do the above by: renovating schools, establishing libraries, providing teaching equipment, training teachers, funding scholarships, and promoting public awareness of rural China education conditions.

The Manhattan Beach Education Foundation is a community driven fundraising organization, which supplements state funding for programs that inspire learning, enrich teaching, and promote innovation and academic excellence in the public schools of Manhattan Beach.

The Brookline Education Foundation advances the quality of public education in Brookline by raising private funds and distributing them to support innovative teaching, effective administrative leadership, and broad-based community participation in the Brookline Schools.

The Kakenya Center for Excellence seeks to empower and motivate young girls through education to become agents of change and to break the cycle of destructive cultural practices in Maasai Kenya such as female genital cutting and early forced marriage. We believe in impacting one girl at a time, one community at a time, until all girls in Africa have the opportunities they need to thrive as individuals. These future women leaders will improve their communities, their nation, and the world.
