The SEED School of Maryland's mission is to present students from across the state with an exemplary education and living experience which equips them with the academic, critical thinking, and social skills that they will need in college and beyond. We believe that together we will do great things. We accomplish this through caring relationships, collaboration, consistency, accountability and high expectations for all who teach, learn, live and serve in our community.

Founded on the writings of philosopher, educator, and biodynamic farming pioneer Rudolf Steiner, the Waldorf curriculum is specifically designed around the natural stages of a child’s social, emotional, and intellectual development.
