Western Pennsylvania Montessori School shall provide a safe, secure, and nurturing atmosphere in which each child may develop and grow emotionally, socially, intellectually, and physically by receiving a well-rounded experience based on Montessori Philosophy.

Our mission is to work out of the insights of Rudolf Steiner to educate children for the whole of life. We nurture the imagination, cultivate the intellect, and recognize the spirit of each child. In this way, children are strengthened individually and socially to meet the challenges of life.

The Madison Cooperative Nursery School (the Co-op) is an educational nursery school founded in June of 1959 by a small collective of mothers who sought to provide a cooperative educational and social preschool experience for their children. Our school remains true to its founding values today, offering parents an opportunity to be actively involved in their child(ren)'s first educational experience. The Co-op is a State-licensed nursery school in Madison, New Jersey offering two, three, and four-day classes for 2 , 3, and 4-year old children. Each class is staffed by two paid qualified teachers and one parent volunteer. The objective of our school is to provide a stimulating and enjoyable educational environment for our students. The uniqueness and individuality of every child is recognized. Emphasis is placed on providing a secure, creative and caring atmosphere in which to guide them toward positive social interactions, emotional maturity, the ability to accept limits and tolerance and acceptance of others. The staff and parents are dedicated to helping each child reach his or her full potential - intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically. A cooperative program is unique since both parents and teachers play an integral role in the education process. Parents participate on a rotating basis enabling them to observe and share in our learning activities and social situations. Parent involvement on the Board of Directors and various committees makes for a true school community.

Established 1978. To provide the highest quality montessori education to children ages three years through fifteen years their aim is to provide pro grams that will create whole so me experiences for the parents and child in the areas of education, social, emotional, and physical development

To provide a school for children who reside on the island of Maui in accordance with the Montessori methodology. Classes are offered from preschool to middle school. Lyme Nursery School is a non-profit, cooperative nursery school whose purpose is to promote the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and artistic growth of young children. This is accomplished by fostering self-esteem, self-control, respect for others, and a sense of security with both peers and adults. In order to meet the educational needs of young children, the school provides an enriching environment that stimulates learning, imagination, and creative expression, and encourages the development of each child’s communication and problem-solving skills. In addition to the social and academic aspects of our program, LNS places great emphasis on time spent outdoors, helping children to explore the environment and world around them.

Lenox Hill Neighborhood House provides an extensive array of effective and integrated services - social, educational, legal, health, housing, mental health, nutritional and fitness - which significantly improve the lives of 15,000 people in need each year, ages 3 to 103, on the East Side of Manhattan.

The expectation is clearly understood by all members of the community that social responsibility and impeccable ethical standards are as important as intellectual, athletic and artistic achievement. As a single-sex school, the Academy provides opportunities for leadership in academic endeavors, athletics, student government, visual and performing arts, community service and School publications.

Mothers Club Family Learning Center prepares families living in isolation and poverty to succeed in school and in life.
