RAR is an evidence-based, scalable and affordable program with 39 independent evaluations demonstrating our impact over time and across settings. More than 1.7 million children have participated in RAR's proven and award-winning programs with the support of over 285 Affiliates working in 3,000+ local sites across 36 states.

Ready Readers inspires preschool-age children from low-income communities to become readers by reading aloud to them, increasing their exposure to quality books, and providing literacy-related experiences.

Los Altos Parent Preschool (LAPP) is a community of parents and educators committed to providing an enriching environment for children through parent education, parent involvement, and mutual support. LAPP is a child-centered, developmentally appropriate, anti-bias program, focused on the whole child. The school fosters imagination and individuality in each child. We understand that children, parents, and staff are growing and that the process of growth involves mistakes.
