The Dream Project

We believe that quality, early and continuing education is the most effective way to break the cycle of poverty and change destinies. We accomplish this by running sustainable education programs for all children and youth in the Dominican Republic that can be replicated throughout impoverished global communities. It is our vision that all children in the Dominican Republic have the opportunity to receive a superior education and learn to their full potential. 

Friends Of The Neighborhood School

The specific purpose of this corporation is the raise money to offer financial aid to minority families at the Studio City Neighborhood School preschool

The Sheltering Arms

Founded by Atlanta volunteers in 1888, the mission of Sheltering Arms Early Education & Family Centers is to empower families and strengthen communities by providing 1) high quality, affordable child care and  early education, 2) comprehensive support services for families, 3) professional development, and 4) community building partnerships.   Each day, 2500 children and their families are served in 16 neighborhood centers serving 6 metro Atlanta counties.  Sheltering Arms serves working families of all income levels by providing government child care subsidies and income-based scholarships generated by fundraising. Sheltering Arms, a United Way funded agency, has been nationally recognized for its success in preparing children for school success. 

The Bethania Foundation

The Bethania Foundation, also known as Bethania Kids, is a Christian Mission that is bringing wholeness and hope to orphaned, abandoned, disabled and desperately poor children in India. Bethania Kids provides these children shelter, food, clothing, education, medical services and spiritual care through four residence homes, nine care centers and two rehabilitation centers. The message is simple: Jesus loves children and cares deeply for them regardless of the circumstances of their birth. Through His love, they will change their world.

The Montessori Foundation

The mission of The Montessori Foundation is to inspire, nurture, and support the development of strong Montessori schools worldwide, with programs serving children from the infant and toddler level through high school. We work to advance Montessori education in the United States and abroad.

The Neighborhood Academy

The Neighborhood Academy (TNA) is a faith-based, college preparatory, independent school whose mission is to break the cycle of generational poverty by empowering youth and preparing them for college and citizenship. Our school is dedicated to developing the minds, bodies, and spirits of our students so that they might become fully productive members of our society. By doing so they will break the cycle of generational poverty that has held them captive and deprived society of the full value of their lives.
