Positive changes are permanent, both in the individual and in the whole country. MISSION ADRA Slovenia works with people living in hardships, poverty, and unfavourable conditions. Action is focused on creating positive and fair change for all. This can be achieved through responsible actions and partnerships. Partnerships are created between national ADRA organizations as well as with other organizations in the private, non-governmental and public sector with similar and consistent principles.

Creators Association is an organization of professionals dedicated to using art for personal growth and social change. It works with children, youth, adults, professional artists, people with disabilities and marginalized groups. Association of Creators creates an author's system for teaching emotional culture and leadership skills through the arts. Association of Creators is a non-profit organization aimed at people who develop in the arts and artistic psycho-social activities, practice them as a profession or hobby, want to develop as individuals and professionals and pass on knowledge to others.

Too many children and youth suffer the effects of poverty and violence. Pomoc deci (Children and Youth Support Organisation) creates an environment of hope and respect for children and youth, where they have opportunities to achieve their full potential, and provides children, youth, parents and communities with practical tools for positive change. We partner with public schools to strengthen the learning relationships between students, families, and teachers so every student succeeds. As of August 2015, CFY changed its name to PowerMyLearning and changed the name of its learning platform to PowerMyLearning Connect.

Connecting families in our club activities we give them space to exchange experience, find support and feel less isolated Our organization works together with National Heart Hospital in order to secure adequate access to healthcare system for grown-ups (above 18 years age) people with CHD.

Make Music Nola (MMN) is an intensive music-for-social-change program. the mission of Make Music Nola is to promote academic achievement, cultivate artistic expression, and promote the healthy growth and development of children in New Orleans through culturally relevant music instruction and performance. MMN provides tuition-free music instruction to students who are eligible for free or reduced lunch in New Orleans, Louisiana.
