To facilitate and engage a volunteer network that acts in a humanized way, promoting social inclusion through access to health.

Support the educational aspirations of young indigenous Oaxacan women from impoverished rural communities in the state. Support the successful completion of high school studies of our grantees and their ability to continue university level studies. Promote the holistic development of the grantees during their high schools studies enhancing their studies through workshops and courses regarding gender equity, prevention of adolescent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases (STD), prevention of violence in dating relationships, environmental stewardship, and reading outside of school assignments. Include in the grant personal physical and mental health care to assure health issues do not impede their development. Encourage grantees who complete high school successfully to continue their studies at the university level through financial assistance, lodging and other support. In 2018 the Fondo is funding 34 young women in high school and 15 studying in university. Note: The high school level grantees live in their communities or a town nearby that offers high school level studies. Each month all the grantees gather at the Fondo office in the capital city for a weekend workshops and courses and receive their stipend for the following month as well as their expenses for travel.

WINGS provides quality reproductive health education and services to underserved, primarily rural Guatemalan youth, women and men.

JRFIUSA /JRCCA Mission is to help our people grow and overcome adverse situation in the health and education in the enjoyment of life.

The Techie Youth program serves youth age 16-22 who are currently in foster care or recently emancipated from it, or are classified by NYC as “vulnerable-youth” including kids who are homeless, juvenile-delinquent, transgendered, etc. Our target demographic is to serve youth who are statistically-likely to become homeless or incarcerated without our assistance. We help the youth establishing a profession and career path in the computer sector leading to a strong lifelong financial-security and self-sufficiency. By focusing on this demographic, we are ultimately reducing new cases of homelessness and crime in America.

We are a non-profit organization that seeks to eradicate chronic child malnutrition in Ecuador, we are currently the second country in Latin America and the Caribbean with the highest rate of malnutrition, which affects 1 in 4 children between 6 months and 5 years old. Unfortunately we are also the second country with the highest rate of teenage pregnancy, this tells us that mothers who are not healthy cannot give birth to healthy children, which aggravates the problem and the reason why we have been in this vicious circle since more than 3 decades ago.

Our mission is to inspire and engage children and young persons in Cameroon by increasing their chances to succeed through innovative and creative methods of learning, alternative skill courses and education support. We do this by creating spaces and platforms to facilitate and foster expression as a means of communication, mental stimulation and participation in youth and community development activities.

The mission of Wylde Center is to educate, cultivate greenspaces, and build community in the areas we serve. Wylde Center accomplishes this through educational programs, events and greenspaces that actively engage youth, families and individuals in their environment, health and community, and that develop skills in environmental science, sustainable urban living, organic gardening, health, and nutrition.
