Arise Educational Foundation is part of the German NGO "Arise e.V. - eine Schule fur Ghana" founded to support the education of underprivileged children in Tuba-Kokrobite, Ghana. The organisation runs an elementary school that provides free educational services to brilliant but needy children in the Tuba and Kokrobite communities. Arise e.V subscribes to the educational philosophy of practice that fosters rigorous, self-motivated growth for children in all areas of their development to nurture each child's natural desire for knowledge, understanding, and respect. Our approach encourages their will for learning and their strive to gain new abilities through effective teaching approaches that advance personalized learning. We're currently building a new and bigger school building to reach even more children to give them the education they deserve.

Fundacion Via Cocina is a community based project focused on improving the health and economic development of vulnerable women, youth and underprivileged in Medellin Colombia. With a personalized training and mentoring system sharing healthy food recipes, cooking techniques and applied financial planning and entrepreneurial small business fundamentals, we build a program for individuals and families based on their current reality, applying the training to objectives created with them, for them, in their own home. Additionally, we provide classes to individuals and groups who want to learn to cook healthy dishes with local ingredients for their families, transforming them into uncommon flavors that are low in fat, oil, salt and sugar-free. These activities look to decrease frequency and severity of non-communicable diseases in the communities, including obesity, diabetes and cholesterol.

The Tumaini Center seeks to engage vulnerable youth in a revolutionary new educational model that breaks down educational barriers faced by street youth and other vulnerable youth in a changing society, leverage their inherent resourcefulness, resilience and independence, and equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to not only get off the streets but to have successful and productive careers in their community. The program empowers them with hope, knowledge, skills, opportunities and resources necessary for them to earn a positive livelihood off the streets. These livelihood opportunities include learning vocational skills like motor vehicle mechanics, metalwork and fabrication, carpentry, masonry, solar power installation, wind power installation, recycling, entrepreneurship skills, enabling them to access employment, or start a business, reunite with their families, live communally or independently. My mission is to provide for a destitute child care home in rural Mbale Uganda by providing vital necessities and education to build possibilities for their future. Our goal is to keep families together and to avoid more abandonment by empowering impoverished communities with self sufficeny programs that will help them become self-reliant. The major cause of child abandonnement is due to single parent homes and lack of finances to sustain a healthy life for the child. Mbale Child Care Foundation is the registered foundation I started working with. I hope to expand with another registred child care home, Mcanaan Child Care Foundation that's also in Mbale. Mbale Child Care Foundation is on borrowed land in a flood and land slide zone. I aim to purchase no risk land for them. I want to raise money through fund raisers and child sponsorship programs.

The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) is the charity that saves lives on South African waters. Established in 1967, the NSRI is a registered non-profit organisation that is committed to drowning prevention and focusses on saving lives, changing lives, and creating futures for those threatened by immersion or submersion in water in South Africa. Our Rescue Services are run by nearly 1500 highly skilled, unpaid volunteers who are on call 24/7 at 47 rescue bases along the coast of South Africa and at inland dams and waterways. Our Drowning Prevention initiatives include preventative measures such as Pink Rescue Buoys for emergency flotation, emergency signage, rescue swimmers, lifeguards, active patrols during peak seasons, and drowning prevention training such as Water Safety Education and Survival Swimming lessons in under-resourced communities throughout South Africa. Support Act is a charity, unique in Australia, helping music professionals who are facing hardship due to illness, injury or some other crisis that impacts on their ability work in music (including COVID-19). We have helped in many different ways since we were founded in 1997. We help music professionals of all kinds: artists, crew and music workers. We treat every request for help confidentially and make no judgement about people's circumstances. We provide financial assistance (which we call a grant), advice and practical assistance. We also offer a free, 24/7, confidential counselling service called the Support Act Wellbeing Helpline, as well as developing lifesaving mental health prevention education and training programs which have helped thousands more music workers to deal with the psychological impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
