1.conduct training camps, classes in rescue, fire fighting, chemical protection and other types of man-made disasters, trainings and competitions in physical and technical training 2.promote the protection of the society and guests of the Republic of Armenia, the development of organizations working in the rescue and related fields 3.contribute to the protection of nature and the formation of respect for nature 4.contribute to the development and dissemination of infrastructure facilitating search and rescue operations in the Republic of Armenia 5.study and promote world experience, organize conferences, seminars 6.promoting the professional development of children, adolescents and youth specializing in rescue, search, fire, environmental, climbing, technical, including aviation and radio engineering and related fields, as well as attracting the latter and specialized persons to local and international scientific and educational activities

To collaborate with other organisations to pursue community cohesion and social inclusion for all while promoting an equal, just and harmonious society based on the ancient Indian philosophy of 'Vasudaiva Kutumbakam' - The world is one family; humanity is one.

To give hope to the lives of abandoned, abused, orphaned and neglected children. Within the walls of the House of Refuge, lives are being changed, hope renewed, dreams rediscovered, and authentic love experienced.
