Cascadia Wild is a Portland-based non-profit (501)(3c) organization whose mission is to inspire personal connection to nature and community. We combine modern ecological methods with the ancient practices of living with nature. Fostering a community based on science, intuition, professionalism and lots of fun, we hope to instill a deep sense of connection with the natural world. The Chesapeake Climate Action Network (CCAN) is the first grassroots, nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to fighting global warming in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Our mission is to build a diverse movement powerful enough to put our region on the path to climate stability, while using our proximity to the nation’s capital to inspire action in neighboring states, regions nationwide, and countries around the world.

The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) connects people to horticulture and together creates beautiful, healthy and sustainable communities. PHS advances the well-being of the Philadelphia region by creating healthier living environments, building deeper connections between people, and increasing access to fresh food and economic opportunity. Fueled by a diverse community of supporters, PHS delivers impact through initiatives in more than 250 neighborhoods, an expansive network of public gardens and landscapes, and the nation’s signature gardening event, the Philadelphia Flower Show. PHS invites everyone to garden for the greater good as a participant, member, donor, or volunteer.
