The New England Grassroots Environment Fund (Grassroots Fund) seeks to energize and nurture long term civic engagement in local initiatives that create and maintain healthy, just, safe and environmentally sustainable communities. The Fund uses stories, tools and dollars to fuel local activism and social change.

The Alley Pond Environmental Center (APEC), a nonprofit environmental education organization, is dedicated to educating children and adults in the New York metropolitan are, protecting and preserving Alley Pond Park, open spaces and waterbodies, and advocating for sustainable environmental policies and practices.

New York Restoration Project (NYRP) transforms underserved communities by creating a greener, more sustainable New York City by cleaning, greening, beautifying high need neighborhoods, NYCP creates a context for community to happen.

Dovetail Partners is a highly skilled team that provides authoritative information about the impacts and trade-offs of environmental decisions, including consumption choices, land use, and policy alternatives.

The Center for Watershed Protection works to protect, restore, and enhance our streams, rivers, lakes, wetlands, and bays. We create viable solutions and partnerships for responsible land and water management so that every community has clean water and healthy natural resources to sustain diverse life.

Ocean Conservation Research is focused on understanding the scope of, and exploring solutions to the growing problem of human generated noise pollution and its impact on marine animals.We engage in marine biological and technological research based on conservation priorities. We use the products of this research to inform the policies and practice of the public, industry, and lawmakers so that we may all become stewards of the sea.

THE FRIENDS OF LAKE DARLING IS A GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS WHO WORK TO ENHANCE CAMPING, BIKING, FISHING, HIKING, BOATING, SWIMMING, NATURE STUDY, PICNICS, CANOEING, AND ENJOYMENT OF OUTDOOR RECREATION AT LAKE DARLING STATE PARK.

To preserve Laurelwood Arboretum as an oasis for the enjoyment of nature and to provide opportunities for environmental awareness through educational programs, community involvement and outreach activities.

Our mission is to provide environmental films, educational debates, and events that broaden knowledge on conservation topics affecting Florida’s gulf coast.
