The Green Burial Association of Maryland (GBAM) promotes environmentally sustainable Green Burial options throughout Maryland. We support this Mission through public education, promotion of and legislative advocacy for green and hybrid burial grounds, and promoting green practices throughout the funeral industry. We envision a future in which everyone has access to funeral and burial options that are environmentally sustainable and grounded in evidence-based information.

THE CAPTAIN PAUL WATSON FOUNDATION has been established to promote and further the legacy of Captain Paul Watson. To focus on the protection and conservation of the Ocean through direct intervention supported by education, documentation, research activities and partnerships with other NGOs, governments and international institutions like the United Nations. It will be made up of a small team that will prevent any future interference or dilution of the overall vision of Paul's legacy by keeping management and bureaucracy minimal.

Music For Relief

To respond to natural disasters and help victims recover and rebuild with an emphasis on housing, education programs and resources. Music For Relief also recognizes the environmental consequences of global warming, which has demonstrated the capability to accelerate and strengthen certain types of natural disasters. Therefore the second goal of Music For Relief is to prevent and decrease future natural disasters by reducing greenhouse gasses, seeking renewable forms of energy and educating the public about climate change.

Napa Valley Vine Trail Coalition

The Napa Valley Vine Trail Coalition is a grass-roots nonprofit with a vision to build a walking/biking trail system to connect the entire Napa Valley--physically, artistically, and culturally. We are working to design, fund, construct, and maintain 47 safe and scenic miles of level, paved, family-friendly, free-access Class I trail, from the ferry building in Vallejo all the way to Calistoga throught the famed Napa Valley, California.
