We are an international think tank that provides Ecological Footprint accounting tools to drive informed policy decisions in a resource-constrained world. We work with local and national governments, investors, and opinion leaders to ensure all people live well, within the means of one planet.

We are a community-based, environmental justice non-profit that designs and builds parks, and creates green space and water conservation projects in under-served communities throughout Los Angeles. NET is recognized throughout the state of California for its creation of innovative, low impact native plant based sustainable designs, and for forging strategic partnerships with urban communities. Founded in 1989 and incorporated in 1991, NET has planted over 100,000 trees, designed and built almost 50 parks and projects (half of them along the LA River), and trained and employed hundreds of frontline environmental workers from the communities we serve, and created natural green schoolyards for over 20 school communities.

When envisioning habitat restoration and preservation, few people imagine the intense grid of the San Gabriel Valley. Indeed, even most lifelong residents of the valley are at a loss to describe any natural features in the Valley at all, much less any worth preserving or enhancing. And yet, numerous natural [areas], some quite large defy the choking constraints of intense urbanization and thrive here. A number of these [areas] still boast greater biodiversity than many pristine habitats in other less developed areas of the country.

SPLT's mission is to create and protect a network of shortgrass prairie preserves, which ensure a future for all native animals and plants.

The GOD'S CHILD Project's mission is "to break the bitter chains of poverty through education, housing and healthcare." While GOD'S CHILD is rooted in education and health-care, we aim to support the communities we serve at every level of development. Through our wide range of programs, we help children and families living in extreme poverty to meet their basic needs and find a restored sense of hope, self-worth and human dignity. Religious affiliation is not a requirement for any program services.

The Donner Summit Association (DSA) is the Voice of Donner Summit. They work to protect, promote, and strengthen Donner Summit as a unique and vibrant year-round mountain community that provides opportunities for visitors, residents, and businesses alike–to thrive in the beautiful alpine environment.

North Olympic Land Trust’s Mission is to conserve the land and natural resources that continue to be the foundation of our culture, economy, and way of life.

The Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust leads and inspires action to conserve and enhance the Mountains to Sound Greenway National Heritage Area. This iconic 1.5 million-acre landscape stretches from Seattle to Ellensburg along the I-90 corridor, connecting Central Washington, the Cascade Mountains, and Puget Sound. The Greenway Trust is a coalition-based organization that works to steward these lands, all while promoting access to the outdoors and striking a long-term balance between the needs of the natural world and the people who call this region home.
