Solutions Project

The Solutions Project accelerates the transition to 100%, ensuring that the opportunities and benefits of renewable energy reach all people equitably. To achieve this, we work at a movement level, championing a culture that is more inclusive, more collaborative, and more celebratory. Our programs have radically improved the conditions for change. Five years ago, our goal of 100% renewable energy was considered naive. Now, California has joined Hawaii and 100 US cities in making a 100% commitment.

Massachusetts Climate Action Network

MCAN fights the climate crisis one town at a time, with the help of local MCAN chapters – and you! MCAN’s role as a facilitator of municipal-level action is unique among Massachusetts environmental groups. We empower our local chapters by enhancing communication, promoting town-level projects that improve communities, decrease climate change-causing pollution, and reduce development time for those projects. MCAN speaks on behalf of all chapters to improve Massachusetts energy and climate policies and programs.

Rising Minds works with local initiatives in Guatemala to address community-identified needs and builds strong relationships based on mutual respect and exchange. Our programs provide hand-ups as opposed to hand-outs to ensure accountability, not perpetuate dependency, and always implements locally-appropriate and replicable solutions.

Kabekona Lake Association

KLA's primary purpose is to protect and preserve Kabekona Lake, its watershed, shores, and environs. This includes water quality, aquatic productivity, flora and fauna, its aesthetic quality, and its social and cultural climate. Other purposes are to communicate information concerning governmental agencies, lake and environmental associations, and to serve as a forum on relevant issues.

Our business seeks to employ, empower, inspire and encourage the women rescued from human trafficking as they regain their independence and freedom. Our goal is to train and employ the women who have escaped the bonds of human trafficking to host and cater weddings, retreats, and corporate events. Our goal is to be the best facility in the Charlotte area for retreats and weddings, giving impeccable customer service and unparalleled beauty. We aim to create an atmosphere far exceeding those venues that already exist in the Metrolina area.

Devetaki Plateau Association

We are a Bulgarian non-for-profit legal entity, established in 2008 to stimulate the development, improve the quality of life and vitalize the region of Devetaki Plateau. We mobilize local communities and resources to reduce social and economic disparities between the villages in the Devetaki Plateau and the big towns in Bulgaria. The Association's efforts are aimed at development and promotion of the region as a tourist destination.
