Great Old Broads for Wilderness is a national organization that engages and ignites the activism of elders to preserve and protect wilderness and wild lands. Conceived by older women who love wilderness, Broads gives voice to the millions of older Americans who want to protect their public lands as wilderness for this and future generations. We bring knowledge, commitment, and humor to the movement to protect our last wild places on earth.

Malama Kahalawai

Malama Kahalawai is dedicated to facilitating and advancing the goals of the West Maui Mountains Watershed Partnership, whose mission is to protect Maui's water supply and native ecosystems and prevent further degradation through collaborative forest management. Within the 50,000-acre management area of WMMWP are native forests that produce fresh water for three-quarters of Maui Island residents. The healthier these forests, the more water there is for Maui's future.

Green Burial Association Of Maryland

The Green Burial Association of Maryland (GBAM) promotes environmentally sustainable Green Burial options throughout Maryland. We support this Mission through public education, promotion of and legislative advocacy for green and hybrid burial grounds, and promoting green practices throughout the funeral industry. We envision a future in which everyone has access to funeral and burial options that are environmentally sustainable and grounded in evidence-based information.

Music For Relief

To respond to natural disasters and help victims recover and rebuild with an emphasis on housing, education programs and resources. Music For Relief also recognizes the environmental consequences of global warming, which has demonstrated the capability to accelerate and strengthen certain types of natural disasters. Therefore the second goal of Music For Relief is to prevent and decrease future natural disasters by reducing greenhouse gasses, seeking renewable forms of energy and educating the public about climate change.

The Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy (MCEA) is a nonprofit organization using law, science, and research to protect Minnesota's natural resources, wildlife and the health of its people. Wilder Creek Conservation Club is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, membership-based conservation and nature area, created to protect and conserve the natural resources of our country, and to educate future generations to become caretakers of our water, air, land and wildlife. Napa Valley Vine Trail Coalition

The Napa Valley Vine Trail Coalition is a grass-roots nonprofit with a vision to build a walking/biking trail system to connect the entire Napa Valley--physically, artistically, and culturally. We are working to design, fund, construct, and maintain 47 safe and scenic miles of level, paved, family-friendly, free-access Class I trail, from the ferry building in Vallejo all the way to Calistoga throught the famed Napa Valley, California.

Sumatran orangutans are critically endangered and without urgent action could be the first Great Ape species to become extinct. SOS is dedicated to turning this situation around. We do this by: Raising awareness about the importance of protecting orangutans and their rainforest home. Supporting grassroots projects which empower local people to become guardians of the rainforests and restoring damaged orangutan habitat through tree planting programmes. Campaigning on issues threatening the survival of orangutans in the wild. Help us protect orangutans, their forests and their future.

San Bernadino Mountains Land Trust

IDENTIFY AND ACQUIRE TITLE for future protection of forest open space in the San Bernardino Mountains. PRACTICE LAND STEWARDSHIP by temporarily managing land prior to being transferred to permanent conservation ownership. PUBLIC OUTREACH by educating landowners and the general public about the benefits of community based conservation planning through encouraging greater public support for the San Bernardino Mountains Land Trust. DEVELOP AN EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION that attracts dedicated and talented volunteers, builds community support and adheres to the Land Trust Alliance Standards and Practices. GENERATE FUNDING from private and public sources.

Yosemite Foundation

Providing for Yosemite's future is our passion. Yosemite Conservancy is the only philanthropic organization dedicated exclusively to the protection and preservation of Yosemite National Park. We inspire people to support projects and programs that preserve and protect Yosemite National Park's resources and enrich the visitor experience. With the support of our donors, we have completed nearly 500 projects providing more than $90 million in support to Yosemite.
