THE NATURE FOUNDATION AT WINTERGREEN EXISTS TO ENCOURAGE THE UNDERSTANDING, APPRECIATION AND CONSERVATION OF THE NATURAL AND CULTURAL RESOURCES OF THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS OF CENTRAL VIRGINIA. THE FOUNDATION WILL FUNCTION AS A RESEARCH AND EDUCATION FACILTY FOR ITS MEMBERS AND VISITORS.

THE BUFFALO RIVER FOUNDATION IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS. THE MISSION OF THE BUFFALO RIVER FOUNDATION IS TO CONSERVE THE CULTURAL, HISTORICAL, SCENIC, AND BIOLOGICAL ATTRIBUTES OF THE BUFFALO NATIONAL RIVER WATERSHED BY CONSERVING PRIVATE PROPERTIES WITH CONSERVATION EASEMENTS OR BY PURCHASE.

The East Lyme Public Trust Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation created by a group of dedicated citizens of southeastern Connecticut to promote, provide and protect an improved quality of life for all people in the region and state through its activities in the public trust.

The mission of the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Foundation is to enhance and encourage public enjoyment and use of the wildlife and fisheries resources in this state. With this mission, we promote, develop, and expand the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries in youth recruitment, environmental education and training, and habitat conservation.

The Bob Marshall Wilderness Foundation connects Americans with their wilderness heritage by providing access to and stewardship of one of the world's most spectacular places -Montana's Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex, the crown jewel of the Wilderness System. We help hundreds of hard-working volunteers, including youth, develop a land ethic and give back to the wilderness by opening trails, restoring heavily used areas, maintaining historic structures and fighting weeds. Active wilderness stewardship is our mission. The Bob Marshall Wilderness Foundation: Provides its hard-working volunteers with a unique back country experience Works cooperatively with the US Forest Service to engage youth groups, individual volunteers and other organizations. TennGreen Land Conservancy (formerly the Tennessee Parks & Greenways Foundation) is an accomplished, 501(c)(3) nonprofit land trust dedicated to protecting Tennessee’s natural treasures. Founded in 1998, we are the oldest accredited, statewide land trust in Tennessee. We serve all Tennesseans, and through collaboration with members, private landowners, local municipalities, and state and federal agencies, we work to create parks, establish wildlife corridors, expand existing protected public lands, and enhance public recreation opportunities. We believe that we must do more to protect our natural world so that future generations can enjoy the ecologically-rich, beautiful, and historically-significant treasures that make Tennessee unique.

Friends of the River is dedicated to preserving and restoring California's rivers, streams, and their watersheds as well as advocating for sustainable water management. The organization accomplishes its mission by providing public education, citizen activist training and organizing, and expert advocacy to influence public policy decisions on land, water, and energy management issues.
