Indigenous Health Solutions is a trans-disciplinary collective of pioneers driven by a passion for service to the Earth, and the poorest and most remote communities on it. Through the lens of planetary health, where shifts in natural systems are prioritized in examination of human health, experts in conservation, health, anthropology, and business come together with those in need to craft and implement culturally informed and community led solutions for development. Our programs are built upon the foundational principle that development must be indigenous, that is, planned in partnership with those in need and rooted in the place of delivery, reflecting practical awareness of the interconnection between health, conservation, livelihood, and education.

Oak rural health organization is a non governmental, not for profit organization. Registered under the CAMA 1990 as an incorporated trustee by the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal republic of Nigeria. OUR MISSION/AIMS AND OBJECTIVES ARE; To increase preventive health publicity and awareness among rural dwellers. To eradicate children malnutrition in the grassroots through supplementary and complementary feed assistance. To partner with rural communities on health promotion and sustenance strategies. To prevent/eradicate mortalities through mobile clinics and health outreaches in rural communities. To partner with government, private and individuals to combat pressing health challenges in the rural settlements nationwide. To establish/refurbish healthcare points in vulnerable rural communities. OUR VISION: ''To be an internationally recognized leading grassroots health advocacy gladiator, ensuring a healthy and productive rural lives''. Achieving the above, the organization engages the services of volunteer professionals in relevant fields. Also mobilize resources through donation from trustees, individuals, private and government establishments. Financial and professional integrities are strictly maintained as enshrined in the organization's articles of incorporation. Most importantly, the organization gives no room for discrimination of any nature. Irrespective of religion, tribe, race, color or ethnic background. We deal with humanity as a bio-psycho-social being. Our group of dedicated volunteers work as a team to achieve a common goal. Furthermore, the founders are not unaware of the various government and other concerned agencies' efforts on providing quality health care services to the people at the niches and crevices of the nation. Various stakeholders who invested on healthcare services often concentrate on the urbans and densely populated areas. Governments' health infrastructures in rural settlements are not enough compared to their population. Most of the rural areas are fast becoming the den of unskilled care givers, this has led to many unreported, but avoidable morbidity and mortality. Demographically, rural population is made of about 52% of the nation's total population. Distributed through the nooks and crannies. Rural dwellers cannot be underestimated in the area of country's food security and economic growth. Therefore, a healthy rural life is a healthy nation. WHY RURAL HEALTH? Rural health is a worthy advocacy because: They are the hope of nation's food security. They are the custodians of the nation's cultural heritage. They are the most vulnerable. They are the major workforce in production line. They are the future of the nation. They have the highest fertility rate. They are majorly the poor. Furthermore, the executive summary of the WHO's vision 2020 is, attainment by all people of the world, a level of health that will permit them to live a socially and economically productive life. At least, such level of health that they are capable of working productively and participating actively in the social lives of the community in which they live. Meanwhile, growing cost of quality healthcare services has put the rural lives at a disadvantageous position. WHO's vision 2020 and even beyond is however a collaborative efforts of individuals, governments and non governmental bodies.

COMMUNITY HEALTH, HOUSING AND SOCIAL EDUCATION (CHHASE), TAMIL NADU Background Community health, housing and social education (CHHASE) NGO is involved in social work for Scheduled castes, Scheduled tribes, other backwards classes and under privileged. Team of youth, who have passion in social service and compassion towards the sufferings of the disadvantaged sections of the society, came together and formed CHHASE. Our team have clear insight in the socio-economic, education, health and environment issues faced by the downtrodden, under privileged and marginalized segments of the communities. CHHASE NGO India is a non-governmental, non-profit, social service voluntary organization working for an integrated development of women and children of downtrodden segment of the society. CHHASE NGO believes that all human beings are equal and has the right to have good health, shelter, food and minimum standard of living. CHHASE NGO has touched new heights by Regular Activities to fulfil the mission of organization. Our executive committee oversees all the organization's efforts. The committee meets regularly to ensure that all of our teams perform efficiently and to facilitate cross-functional connections. CHHASE NGO have excellent staff, volunteers & members, who are dedicated, are available for any social cause (s) always. They are our real strength to carry the noble cause of uplifting the downtrodden. CHHASE NGO was registered in the year 2001 under TN Societies Registration Act, 25 of 1976. It is also registered under the FCRA, 12A & 80G of Income Tax Exemption Act, 1961. CHHASE NGO is completed due diligence norms and listed with CREDIBILITY ALLIANCE, & GUIDE STAR INDIA. CHHASE NGO has been collaborating with foreign donor agencies, corporate, national donor agencies both governmental and non-governmental towards making meaningful interventions for the cause of poor and needy sections of the society.

SeaTrees protects and restores coastal ecosystems to protect ocean health and fight climate change. The organization works with communities around the world to plant and protect mangrove and kelp forests, seagrass meadows, coral reefs, and coastal watersheds. The regeneration and protection of these ecosystems provide critical habitat for countless species, sustainable long-term employment for local communities, and protect communities from storm surges and sea-level rise.

Conservation Through Public Health (CTPH) promotes biodiversity conservation by enabling people, wildlife and livestock to coexist through improving their health and livelihoods in and around Africa's protected areas. CTPH envisions people, wildlife and livestock living in balance, health and harmony with local communities acting as stewards of their environment. CTPH has three integrated programs: wildlife health and conservation, community health and alternative livelihoods. These integrated programs are implemented through service delivery, education and behavior change communication, research, advocacy, social enterprises and information, communication and technology. Some of the poorest communities live around some of the World's most fragile and ecologically important ecosystems. In order to protect the wildlife - in CTPH's case, primarily Gorillas - and the environment on which it depends, CTPH recognizes the vital importance of improving the health and raising the quality of life of community members and their livestock as well as the Gorillas. Without this comprehensive approach, the entire ecosystem suffers - people continue to depend on poached resources from the protected wildlife areas, damaging them in the process, and animal health suffers as zoonotic diseases are incubated within human populations and spread to Gorilla groups (and vice versa). CTPH champions a "One Health" approach, based on the Population, Health and Environment (PHE) principles that address human, animal and ecosystem health simultaneously. CTPH's work primarily focuses on critically endangered gorillas at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and other protected areas where gorillas naturally occur. We also train other organisations to implement our One Health model in savannah and mountain ecosystems in Uganda and other countries through advocacy. CTPH also has a number of social enterprises which support its work, including Gorilla Conservation Coffee. CTPH pays an above market price to coffee farmers around Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and profits from sale of the coffee are filtered back into the protection of some of the World's last remaining Gorillas. CEH protects people from toxic chemicals by working with communities, consumers, workers, government, and the private sector to demand and support business practices that are safe for public health and the environment.
