It progressively affects coordination, predisposes children to lethal cancers, and severely compromises their immune systems. Children with A-T are usually unable to walk by the age of ten and rarely live beyond their teens. By supporting and coordinating aggressive research, we hope to give them a chance to live and to enjoy life's possibilities.
