Prion Alliance

Prion Alliance, Inc aims to catalyze the development of a treatment or cure for human prion diseases by funding, organizing and promoting scientific research. Our organization supports research directed at understanding prion disease biology, discovering and testing therapeutics, and developing novel lab and computational methodologies needed for furthering this research. Our operational model is to raise funds and disburse these to the most worthy scientific projects, with a view to the projects' relevance to our ultimate goal of a treatment or cure, as well as to the projects' ability to leverage Prion Alliance, Inc seed funding in order to pursue outside funding sources for continued research. We also strive to bring together top scientific minds to share data, methodology, and findings in a spirit of openness and collaboration.

Wellbody Alliance

We believe that every life matters. That is why we strive to deliver the best care possible to our patients, both in the clinic and in the community. Our mission is not simply to provide medical services to the poor, but to build an effective healthcare system in the region that will save lives in a sustainable, equitable and just manner. We have a vision that drives all of our programs: the poor and all in Sierra Leone deserve the best healthcare possible, and Wellbody Alliance is dedicated to delivering it. We will work towards this vision until the day that no Sierra Leonean dies a death that would not happen in America or Europe. We have a mission that aligns our work: to provide healthcare as a human right to the poor in Sierra Leone. We do this through our community health work and high quality clinical care in Kono District.

Hope Alliance
