With the success of the Salk vaccine in the mid 1950s, the March of Dimes turned its focus on birth defects, low birth weight and infant death. Over the past 75 years, March of Dimes' cutting edge research and innovative programs have saved millions of babies from death or disability. We are committed to educating medical professionals and the public, supporting research, providing comfort and support to families in NICUs, and advocating for moms and babies. Strong Against Cancer is an initiative inspired by the immunotherapy discoveries at the Ben Towne Center for Childhood Cancer Research at Seattle Children’s Research Institute. The aim of Strong Against Cancer is to create a national philanthropic initiative with worldwide implications for curing childhood cancers through immunotherapy treatments.

The mission of the Beacon House Association of San Pedro is to help men recover from the diseases of alcoholism or addiction to other drugs. The Association provides food, shelter, counseling, and the time to build a foundation in recovery and to return to family, home and community.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati provides a supportive "home away from home" for families and their children who are receiving treatment at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center or other area hospital. Ronald McDonald House Charities also awards grants to local not-for-profit organizations serving children through a portion of donations received from McDonald's customers and Global Ronald McDonald House Charities' matching funds.

The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities® of the Bluegrass is to create and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and to strengthen families by keeping them together in times of medical need.  The mission is accomplished through three (3) core programs:  Ronald McDonald House®, Ronald McDonald Family Room®, and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile®.

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Memphis offers children with pediatric cancer and other catastrophic illnesses undergoing treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and their families a nurturing, family-centered residential community. The House fosters an environment of hope through support services and child-centered activities that encourage children to be children and keep families together near the care they need, always free of charge.Near the care they need with the family they love.

Scotty's House is the Child Advocacy Center of the Brazos Valley. Founded in 1995, it is our mission to provide safety, healing and justice for children victimized by abuse through professional assessment, counseling and education in a compassionate and collaborative approach.
