(GOG FOUNDATION) IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING EXCELLENCE IN THE QUALITY AND INTEGRITY OF CLINICAL AND BASIC SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF GYNECOLOGIC MALIGNANCIES, INCLUDING CANCERS THAT ARISE FROM THE OVARIES, UTERUS, CERVIX, VAGINA, AND VULVA. OUR INSTITUTIONS AND INVESTIGATORS ARE ESSENTIAL CONTRIBUTORS TO ADVANCEMENTS IN TREATMENT REGIMENS, SURGICAL PROCEDURES, QUALITY OF LIFE ANALYSES, AND PREVENTION KNOWLEDGE. THE RESULTS OF GOG FOUNDATION CLINICAL TRIALS HAVE INFLUENCED THE STANDARD OF CARE FOR NUMEROUS MALIGNANT GYNECOLOGIC NEOPLASMS. THE MISSION OF THE GOG FOUNDATION IS TO CONDUCT CLINICAL AND TRANSLATIONAL RESEARCH THAT POSITIVELY IMPACTS WOMEN THROUGH THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF GYNECOLOGIC MALIGNANCIES. THE VISION OF THE GOG FOUNDATION IS TO BE THE PREMIER COLLABORATIVE NETWORK FOR TRANSFORMATIVE RESEARCH IN GYNECOLOGIC MALIGNANCIES.

The Loretto Foundation is the not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to provide financial support by the solicitation of funds and property from the general public, charitable foundations and all other appropriate sources to help sustain Loretto's role as an innovator in long-term care, responsive to the diverse needs of an aging population. The Glaucoma Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of people with glaucoma. The Foundation works to encourage and support basic and applied research in glaucoma with a goal to preserve and restore vision. We strive to be an important resource to help patients, their families, and at-risk individuals to manage their glaucoma through education and outreach.

The Mission of the Fistula Foundation is to raise awareness of and funding for fistula treatment, prevention, and educational programs worldwide. We believe that no woman should have to suffer a life of shame and isolation for trying to bring a child into the world. We are dedicated to raising awareness of and funding for fistula repair, prevention, and educational programs worldwide to help eradicate fistula. The Fistula Foundation will adhere to the highest standards for solicitation, granting, and accountability of its funds. The Fistula Foundation will fund programs that have a financial need, demonstrate that the funds will be used responsibly, in a timely manner, have accurate financial statements, provide detailed grant applications, and produce reasonable and timely reporting which allows the Fistula Foundation to ensure it will meet its fiduciary duties.

The Aultman Foundation will raise and administer funds in order to support and promote education and wellness outreach programming that will improve the health of the community.

The Decibels Foundation's mission is to provide specialized early intervention, educational services, family support, and access to essential technologies for children with hearing loss from infancy through high school. The Decibels Foundation strives to ensure that every child with a hearing loss has the best chance to achieve to his or her full potential and to succeed in life.
