THE TEXAS NURSES FOUNDATION (THE "FOUNDATION") WAS ESTABLISHED TO RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS AND PROVIDE FUNDING TO FURTHER CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES RELATED TO THE NURSING PROFESSION.

The Lane Thomas Foundation was established to give honor and light to Lane’s life. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting families of children needing life-saving transplants.

OneFoundation for Niagara Health System is a non-profit organization that raises funds in support of the Niagara Health System hospital sites across the region. Under this unified banner, we will continue working to make Niagara’s hospital services the best they can be. As one cohesive team with one voice, we will build on our current strengths and find even more creative ways to channel our efforts for the greater good of local healthcare.

Cheshire Health Foundation Cultivates And Stewards Charitable Support To Advance The Health And Wellness Mission Of Cheshire Medical Center. The Cheshire Health Foundation Provides Management Of Board-Designated, Special-Purpose, Building, And Endowment Funds. The Cheshire Health Foundation Distributes Funds To Cheshire Medical Center In Accordance With Donor Stipulations.

The Alabama Kidney Foundation serves kidney patients by providing financial assistance, education and support services. The Foundation provides public education to promote organ donation awareness and prevention of kidney disease.

Grossmont Hospital Foundation is a not-for-profit, philanthropic organization established to support Sharp Grossmont Hospital and Sharp HospiceCare. The purpose of the Foundation is to raise funds to ensure Sharp Grossmont Hospital remains the preeminent regional medical center in the County. The Foundation carries out this mission by funding health education and patient care programs, medical technology, and capital projects.
