The Lelt Foundation assists severely impoverished and malnourished families in Kara Kore, Ethiopia. Lelt has a Synergy Strategy which achieves success and sustainability through a combination of programs in education, nutrition, food security, orphan care, trauma counseling, microfinance and job creation for participating families.

Our mission at Jett Foundation is to extend and enrich the lives of individuals affected by Duchenne muscular dystrophy and other neuromuscular disorders. We fulfill this mission by partnering with individuals and families through empowering educational programming, transformational direct service experiences, and by accelerating development of life-changing treatments.

SARAH is a family of agencies, SARAH Inc., SARAH SENECA, and SARAH Tuxis, that provide programs and services for people with intellectual and other disabilities who live in Connecticut. The SARAH Foundation, Inc. is responsible for raising funds, managing the investments and coordinating all donations in accordance with the wishes of the Donors and the mission of the SARAH agencies.

The SIMS Foundation provides mental health and substance use recovery services and supports for musicians, music industry professionals, and their families. Through education, community partnerships, and accessible managed care, SIMS seeks to destigmatize and reduce mental health and substance use issues, while supporting and enhancing the wellbeing of the music community at large.

The LGS Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals impacted by LGS through advancing research, awareness, education, and family support. Our vision is to end the suffering and devastation caused by LGS. Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) is a severe epilepsy syndrome that develops in young children and often leads to lifelong disability.

The Bayat Foundation firmly believes that the poverty, civil unrest, war, joblessness and poor healthcare that has plagued the nation for more than 30 years can be drastically improved.  By building a sense of hope and pride in Afghanistan, the economics and social improvement will quickly follow and will contribute to a more peaceful and prosperous Afghanistan; bringing much needed stability.

The Gavin Foundation is a multi-service nonprofit agency providing community-based substance abuse education, prevention and treatment programs. Their mission is the Restoration of Dignity for individuals, and their families, through each stage of the recovery process. They serve more than 5,000 individuals in the Greater Boston area each year through their adult, youth and community programs.

Go4theGoal Foundation's unwavering mission is to improve the lives of children battling cancer by providing financial support, developing and implementing unique hospital programs, funding innovative research, and granting personal wishes.Through our first hand experience with pediatric cancer and our medical background, Go4theGoal provides the best practices to patients, their families and the hospitals and staff that care for them.

Tigerlily Foundation is a national breast cancer foundation providing education, awareness, advocacy and hands-on support to young women (15-45)–before, during & after breast cancer. Our mission is to educate, advocate for, empower & support young women, before, during & after breast cancer. We envision a future where breast cancer diagnosis doesn’t inspire fear, but ignites hope. We seek to educate & empower women of all backgrounds & strive to improve the quality of life & end isolation among breast cancer survivors. We encourage & endeavor to empower fearless females in every stage of their journey, and to show them that they are not alone, but are beautiful, strong like the tiger & the lily & that they can be transformed-during & after breast cancer.

Mission Statement: The Binaytara Foundation seeks to improve healthcare in resource poor communities and improve cancer care worldwide by collaborating with national and international organizations to: 1.) develop healthcare manpower in underserved areas 2.) improve access to cancer care by establishing direct care facilities and services 3.) promote the practice of evidence based medicine by providing research grants to young physicians and healthcare providers in training 4.) improve knowledge and competence of healthcare professionals by offering them continuing educational materials though live and virtual meetings, webinars, and other educational forums. The mission of the Afya Foundation of America: Supplies for Life is to provide the medical, surgical and community-health inventories needed to support well-established health initiatives in Africa and the Caribbean. The Afya Foundation serves as a donation-based clearinghouse, with the primary intent of partnering and supporting established organizations in the international health community. Since its inception in late 2007, the Afya Foundation has partnered with a vast network of donor hospitals, health organizations and corporations. It has successfully gathered and sorted supplies and repaired equipment that are being discarded due to the strict healthcare regulations under which they operate. Afya collects, sorts and packs these recovered supplies so they can be shipped via container filled with to Africa and the Caribbean. These efforts are only the beginning, and every single item in these shipments represents Afya's ongoing commitment to put all the materials gathered from the New York healthcare market to their optimal use abroad. Our reliability and efficiency has aided in our partnering with numerous organizations that represent program excellence in the international public health sector. We are a supply source for many international health organizations. We have established relationships with leaders in-country throughout Africa. Afya strives to be a highly efficient and effective source of recycled medical supplies, while simultaneously enabling systematic change in health care delivery abroad. Afya also contributes to positive health and environmental outcomes by reducing medical waste incineration.
