Mission: The HealthWell Foundation reduces financial barriers to care for underinsured patients with chronic or life-altering diseases. The HealthWell Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to help underinsured patients living with chronic or life-altering diseases afford their prescription drug copayments, health insurance premiums, deductibles and coinsurance and other out-of-pocket costs. HealthWell's vision is to ensure that no patient, adult or child, goes without essential medical treatments because they cannot afford them. Since 2004, we have helped more than 320,000 patients afford their medical treatments and lead healthier, more fulfilling and productive lives.

The mission of International Promise Foundation (IPF) is to provide assistance internationally in fulfilling the biblical instructions of our Lord Jesus Christ as outlined in James 1:27…”look after the orphans and widows in their distress.” Our hope is to serve God’s Kingdom to the best of our ability for generations to come.

The American Melanoma Foundation is dedicated to educating the public on melanoma prevention and the importance of taking protective measures to guard against excessive sun exposure, especially among children and young people. In addition, AMF is committed to funding research for the development of treatments for melanoma and providing support to melanoma patients and their families.

TEXAS ONCOLOGY FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 AND THE REGULATIONS PROMULGATED THEREUNDER, AS PRESENTLY CONSTITUTED AND HEREAFTER AMENDED.

The Dear Jack Foundation provides quality of life programming that directly benefits young adult cancer patients, survivors and their families. The programs facilitated by Dear Jack offer hope and guidance to young adults and their support system who are facing or who have faced a life-threatening cancer diagnosis.

Southwestern Medical Foundation is a public charity and a registered 501(c)(3) organized in 1939 with a question: “Why not a great medical center in the Southwestern United States?” The Foundation was created to rally citizens in support of the highest quality health care possible in the Southwestern U.S. Our goal continues to inspire leaders to join us in continuing to build the great medical center we began.We believe in empowering the individual to play an active role in their health.We believe that we are all bound together in this so-called bundle of life. Our mission is to prevent vision loss from glaucoma by investing in innovative research, education, and support with the ultimate goal of finding a cure. Founded in 1978 in San Francisco, the glaucoma research foundation was created to encourage innovative research to find better ways to care for people with glaucoma — the leading cause of preventable blindness.

THE FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO REDUCING THE INCIDENCE OF SUICIDE BY HELPING THOSE WHO SUFFER FROM DEPRESSION AND OTHER MENTAL ILLNESSES THROUGH OUR SUPPORT OF: MENTAL HEALTH RESEARCH; ADVOCACY FOR MENTAL HEALTHCARE PARITY; INCREASED ACCESS TO TREATMENT AND CARE FOR THOSE WHO SUFFER, AND EFFORTS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT SUICIDE PREVENTION.
