Sacramento Spinal Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the life of individuals with spinal cord injuries and their families in Sacramento & Yolo County. Our goal is to raise awareness of this disability, provide resources and financial assistance to SCI individuals for home safety improvements, smarthome technologies, personal care, and intensive physical & occupational therapy rehabilitation.

The Cooley's Anemia Foundation (CAF) was founded in 1954 by dedicated parents of afflicted children, many of whom remain involved as members of the Foundation's governing body. At CAF's inception, children with thalassemia were confined to hospital care and barely survived their first decade of life. CAF's legislative and research efforts helped pave the way for improved quality of life and longer life expectancy. CAF is dedicated to serving people afflicted with various forms of thalassemia, most notably the major form of this genetic blood disorder, Cooley's anemia/thalassemia major. Our mission is advancing the treatment and cure for this fatal blood disorder, enhancing the quality of life of patients and educating the medical profession, trait carriers, and the public about Cooley's anemia/thalassemia major.

The mission of Brendan’s Smile Foundation is to empower institutions to protect and treat students with mental illness by raising awareness and prevention through education, public policy and legislation all while improving crisis services and advancing suicide prevention by empowering individuals, advancing professional best practices, building awareness and offering in-depth outreach education.

Miracle Foundation is an international nonprofit that helps orphans and foster children find a safe, stable, and permanent family. Whether in an orphanage or in the Foster Care System, our vision is a family for every child in our lifetime. Since 2000, Miracle Foundation has been dedicated to improving the lives of children. In 2022 alone, we supported more than 170,000 children—and this is just the beginning. Today, we are a world leader in ending the need for orphanages and ensuring children grow up in safe, stable families. To achieve this, we are actively uniting children with families, partnering with frontline workers, preventing children from entering the system whenever possible, and stabilizing placements for children until they find a forever family. The Kids & Art Foundation uses the power of the arts and creativity to mitigate stress, anxiety and trauma induced from the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cancer and other critical medical conditions. We seek to improve well-being during treatment, as survivors, and in bereavement. Together we use art for healing, to empower, encourage, and create memorable experiences.

Our Mission: The Branch Foundation aims to work alongside marginalized communities in South-East Asia to support sustainable community development through education, capacity building and renewable energy solutions. Our Vision: Cohesive South-East Asian communities empowered to be self-reliant and able to participate in opportunities available in the wider community around them.

The Hepatitis B Foundation is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a cure and improving the quality of life for those affected by hepatitis B worldwide. Our commitment includes funding focused research, promoting disease awareness, supporting immunization and treatment initiatives, and serving as the primary source of information for patients and their families, the medical and scientific community, and the general public.

Burnaby Hospital Foundation raises funds to support the medical equipment needs of Burnaby Hospital. Burnaby Hospital is a 300 bed, community based, acute care hospital caring for over 230,000 people every year. Our Emergency department is one of the busiest in the Province of BC and treats over 45,000 adults and 12,000 children annually.

The mission of the ALS Hope Foundation is to provide long-term support to: basic and clinical research programs leading to a cure, clinical centers of excellence for the care and treatment of people with ALS, support programs for people with ALS and their caregivers that optimize care and promote independence, and programs that promote education for people with ALS and physicians about diagnosis, treatment, and care.

NJ Sharing Network is the non-profit organization responsible for the recovery and placement of donated organs and tissue for those in need of a life-saving transplant. Our Foundation is committed to increasing the number of lives saved through innovative transplant research, family support, public awareness and education about the lifesaving benefits of organ and tissue donation and transplantation.

Medic One Foundation saves lives by improving pre-hospital emergency care. Our programs ensure that pre-hospital emergency care in our region is medically appropriate, employs the most advanced procedures, and is performed by qualified personnel. Since 1974, we have invested $30 million to improve pre-hospital emergency care.
