THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO ASSIST THE BLIND PERSONS IN GREECE TO ACQUIRE A FEELING OF SELF-CONFIDENCE TO UPLIFT THEIR MORALE IN THE STRUGGLE OF LIFE.

Since 1950, TLC-The Treatment and Learning Centers has been serving children and adults with special needs in the greater Washington, DC area through diagnostic, therapeutic, educational, and employment programs that meet the growing and changing needs of our community. TLC's mission is to improve lives and expand possibilities for children and adults with special needs. TLC's vision is to be a highly visible, leading edge organization with strong collaborative and advocacy relationships, and plentiful resources that support quality programs, staff, and facilities for individuals with special needs.

Mercy House will provide a home with an extended family for people with a terminal illness so they can live the final chapter of their journey with dignity and experience the unconditional love of God.

ESTABLISHED IN 1978, THE CENTER FOR HOSPICE CARE (CHC) IS AN INDEPENDENT, COMMUNITY BASED, NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIVING THROUGH HOSPICE, HOME HEALTH, GRIEF COUNSELING, AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION WITH OFFICES IN SOUTH BEND, PLYMOUTH, ELKHART, LA PORTE AND MISHAWAKA. CHC SERVES A NINE-COUNTY AREA IN NORTHERN INDIANA, INCLUDING ELKHART, FULTON, KOSCIUSKO, LAGRANGE, LA PORTE, MARSHALL, ST. JOSEPH, STARKE, AND PORTER COUNTIES. CHC'S MISSION IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIVING THROUGHOUT NORTHERN INDIANA, AND OUR VISION IS TO BE THE PREMIERE HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE ORGANIZATION FOR ALL END-OF-LIFE ISSUES. The heart of the ministry is a fierce desire to bring joy to the innocent children who can't change their circumstances by funding water wells in villages across the continent. THE SCANDINAVIAN CHARITABLE SOCIETY OF GREATER BOSTON IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND ASSISTANCE TO ELDERS AND TO SUPPORT CULTURAL ENRICHMENT AND COMMUNITY CONNECTION.

To provide information and a community to educate, empower and connect patients living with hypophosphatasia (HPP), their families and caregivers. The Foundation also promotes research of this rare bone disease through awareness and fundraising efforts.
