This organization exists to provide hospice, grief counseling, education and other services to patients and families dealing with death and dying so that they might live as fully and comfortably as possible. Hospice recognizes dying as a normal process. Hospice exists in the hope and belief that through appropriate care and the promotion of a caring community sensitive to their needs, patients and families may be free to attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for death that is satisfactory to them.

CFH establishes and provides a safe and secure home to benefit double orphans in Kampala by providing proper social services, free their lives from any abuses; and afford them a loving and healthy upbringing in terms of physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual dimensions, so as to attain full development. Run for the Stripes is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes. Run for the Stripes' mission is to raise awareness and funds for research for neuroendocrine tumor (NET) cancers. Run for the Stripes holds an annual 5k run/walk each November (Nov. 10 is National Neuroendocrine Awareness Day).
