SPFC’s programs support health equity by providing nutritious food for those who need it, increasing access to healthcare, helping those recovering from substance use with stable housing and support, and educating our community. Breaking Free is a Minnesota-based non-profit and social justice/social change organization founded in 1996 by Vednita Carter. Every year, Breaking Free helps over 500 women escape systems of prostitution and sexual exploitation through advocacy, direct services, housing, and education. Our main offices are located in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a branch in Minneapolis. Breaking Free's doors are open to women throughout Minnesota and the United States.

Arlington Free Clinic provides free, high-quality medical care to low-income, uninsured Arlington County adults through the generosity of donors and volunteers.

The mission of the Maliheh Free Clinic is to provide free, same-day access to high-quality urgent medical care for all qualified patients. The Maliheh Free Clinic was founded with the sole purpose of rescuing those members of our community who are in the most critical need of our help.

The mission of the Conejo Free Clinic is to provide free medical and legal services to people who may have no other access to such care, without regard to ability to pay.

Live Violence Free is committed to promoting a violence-free community through education and advocacy to address domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and basic needs.

Free Black Therapy is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing remote mental health services with Black mental health professionals for Black and African American individuals who lack adequate funds or health insurance. Absolutely free.

The mission of the Charlottesville Free Clinic is to provide a volunteer community health-support system that offers high-quality health care to the working underserved population, which would otherwise have no access to care; to provide practical experience for current and future health care professionals; and to hasten, through education and advocacy, the creation of a comprehensive policy for access to health care.

Since 1988, Gennesaret Free Clinics (GFC) has annually served thousands of the most vulnerable individuals in the Indianapolis community, including those experiencing homelessness and living in poverty. The GFC team provides quality, accessible healthcare regardless of one’s insurance coverage or ability to pay. Through 8 medical clinic sites, 3 health recovery homes, 1 dental clinic, 1 mobile medical clinic, and telehealth services in English and Spanish, GFC brings compassionate and patient-centered healthcare directly to those who need it the most at no cost.
