The National Canine Cancer Foundation funds are used in eliminating cancer as a major health problem in dogs through education, outreach and research to save lives through prevention, finding cures, better treatments, more accurate cost effective diagnostic methods in dealing with cancer and diminishing dogs suffering from cancer.

By galvanizing the entertainment industry, SU2C has set out to generate awareness, educate the public on cancer prevention and help more people diagnosed with cancer become long-term survivors. Stand Up To Cancer is an initiative of the Entertainment Industry Foundation.

Cure Childhood Cancer is dedicated to conquering childhood cancer through funding targeted research and through support of patients and their families. Cure Childhood Cancer believes that childhood cancer can be cured in our lifetime.

The Glioblastoma Foundation's mission is to transform the standard of care for Glioblastoma by funding new, more effective treatments, providing support to patients and families touched by the disease, and raising awareness of this rare and aggressive grade 4 brain tumor.

To make all who are touched by invasive lobular breast cancer (also referred to as invasive lobular carcinoma or “ILC”) aware of its unique characteristics and the critical need for more ILC research; to be the go-to source for information on ILC studies, clinical trials and educational tools; to foster partnerships among patients, scientists, clinicians, and breast cancer organizations to increase dialogue about ILC and research advocacy; and to fund vital ILC research. Jim Valvano, legendary NC State basketball coach and ESPN announcer, established The V Foundation for Cancer Research in 1993 with ESPN. Its goal is to help find cures for cancer by funding cancer research. It seeks to accomplish this through fundraising, philanthropy, advocacy and education. The Foundation is overseen by a nationally focused volunteer board of directors and is active in all 50 states. The Foundation's Scientific Advisory Board, comprised of an internationally recognized group of research physicians, reviews grant proposals, selects research projects to support and continues to identify new and alternative ways to become a leader in the field of cancer research.

Our mission is to find a cure and improve the quality of life for those affected by cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). Founded in 2006, the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation provides education and collaborative opportunities for patients, caregivers, doctors, researchers, industry, and other partners invested in bile duct cancer. We provide services throughout the United States and internationally. In addition to funding research, services include an annual three-day conference, complimentary publications in four languages (English, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese), a free online book "100 Questions and Answers About Biliary Cancer", an informational website, a patient registry, phone/email support and a robust discussion board.
