The Pap Corps, Champions for Cancer Research mission is to enable and support through the funds we raise, the vital research programs at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. More than 50 chapters and 21,000 members are dedicated to supporting research for all types of cancer at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, the only academic hospital in our community. Since 1952, The Pap Corps donated more than $50 million dollars to achieve our vision because Research Matters!

Fox Chase's mission is to reduce the burden of human cancer through the pursuit of knowledge in basic biological research; to conduct research specifically related to cancer causes, prevention, and treatment; and to apply this knowledge to the prevention of cancer and the treatment of cancer patients. Fox Chase has the oldest and third-largest cancer center support grant from the National Cancer Institute and is the oldest cancer specialty hospital in the nation. In January 2000, Fox Chase opened the nation's first facility devoted to comprehensive cancer prevention research. NCAN is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit incorporated in 2004. Our Mission is to intensify awareness of Neuroendocrine Cancer in both the medical community and general public- locally and around the world. NCAN also assists patients and caregivers by providing access to important information about the disease. We provide funding for research into all types of Neuroendocrine Cancer . For the past 15 years NCAN has provided information and support to NET patients and caregivers through e-mail, our web site, and toll free phone number 866-850-9555. Phone line is open 7 days a week 9 am - 9 pm EST. NCAN has been honored with Great Nonprofits Top-Rated Award every year since 2009. NCAN was the co founder of NET Cancer Day. NCAN has produced over 63 Patient conferences since 2003

To reduce the burden of human cancer, research conducted at the Institute for Cancer Research of Fox Chase Cancer Center for over eight decades has led to ground-breaking discoveries affecting science and medicine today. Current research programs are wide-ranging and include gene expression; molecular aspects of oncogenesis; viral molecular biology and pathogenesis; molecular structure and function analysis; pharmacology and therapeutics; regulation and development of the immune system; cell-cycle control; and human genetics. Opportunities are available for postdoctoral fellowships and graduate training and for professionals interested in developing technology-based business relationships or partnerships with Fox Chase.

The Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester's mission is to to provide support to those coping with a breast cancer diagnosis, to make education and advocacy a priority, and to empower women and men to participate fully in decisions relating to breast cancer. Our focus is on breast and gynecological cancer support, education and advocacy. We also fund breast cancer research that focuses on cause (initiation), prevention, and halting progression of disease (metastasis).
