Created in 1998 by Lynne Cohen's three daughters, the mission of the Foundation is to support and enable collaborative, multi-institutional research combating ovarian cancer through prevention and early detection. The Lynne Cohen Foundation for Ovarian Cancer Research is a national nonprofit organization uniquely positioned to fight ovarian cancer. A network of preventive care clinics, a consortium of researchers from prestigious cancer centers around the country, and a national registry of high-risk patients from geographically diverse communities comprise the core of our direct efforts. From this multi-institutional research platform, we seek to increase survival rates for women with ovarian cancer by supporting research for the prevention and early detection of the disease.

The mission of Nick’s Fight to be Healed Foundation is to support pediatric cancer patients as well as serve the young adult cancer community. We strive to improve quality of life by promoting well-being, reducing stress within the entire family, and providing resources to help children with cancer lead fun and fulfilling lives.

The Sandra J. Wing Healing Therapies Foundation provides assistance to cancer patients so that they can experience the immediate benefit of complementary therapies to help alleviate the side effects caused by radiation and chemotherapy. The following therapies and services are provided: acupuncture, acupressure, therapeutic massage, guide/visual imagery and breath meditation, as well as, personalized navigation, assistance, resources, community outreach and education.

The Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation (JCCF) was founded in 1945 by a group of volunteers dedicated to cancer research at UCLA. Their idea, using funds raised from private sources to invest in the work of promising young cancer researchers, resulted in the Seed Grant Program, which has helped the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (JCCC) break new ground in the quest to defeat cancer.

TO BUILD A LONG-TERM SUSTAINABLE ENDOWMENT FUND AND PROVIDE FOR THE STEWARDSHIP OF SUCH FUNDS IN ORDER TO HELP FIGHT CANCER IN THE COMMUNITIES SERVED BY THE CENTER. THE FOUNDATION MAY ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED IN THE GEOGRAPHIC AREAS SERVED BY THE CENTER, WHICH HAVE DEMONSTRATED THE ABILITY TO CONDUCT CANCER-RELATED PROGRAMS OR SERVICES THAT REDUCE CANCER INCIDENCE AND MORTALITY, OR IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY CANCER.

Ink Against Cancer Foundation (IACF) is a grassroots 501(c)(3) non profit organization dedicated to raising cancer awareness and essential funding for Cancer Warriors. This is made possible by uniting local, statewide, and national artists of all media, with a strong focus on the interconnected worlds of tattooing, music, and entertainment, providing financial assistance to help cover daily living expenses for warriors going through their journey.

Founded by Dr. Hadiyah-Nicole Green, the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation is on a mission to change the way cancer is treated and reduce cancer-patient suffering by providing a treatment that is accessible, affordable, and, most importantly, effective. Despite all of modern and alternative medicine’s best approaches, nearly 9 million cancer-related deaths occur every year due to cost, access, and efficacy of current treatment options. Dr. Green has developed a new arsenal in the war on cancer, Laser-Activated Nano-Therapy (LANT). After a single 10-minute treatment, LANT completely eliminates tumors in laboratory mice in just 15 days, without any observable side effects. Limited by funding, not technological advancements, LANT is ready for human trials. The purpose of the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation is to move LANT beyond the laboratory and into humans, independent of the pharmaceutical industry with tax-deductible donations. To find a cure for pancreatic cancer in honor of Ron Hirshberg and the thousands of people who are diagnosed with this disease each year. To create a premier Pancreatic Cancer Center where all needs of pancreatic cancer patients can be met in one location with the most advanced treatment options. To be recognized as a patient support reference source for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. To fund projects and programs designed to improve patient care, treatment and, ultimately, pancreatic cancer survival rates. To integrate and unite generations, young and old, through physical fitness participation, while creating public awareness and raising money to find a cure for pancreatic cancer.

To maximize dollars available for Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center's most promising lifesaving research, treatment and prevention programs, while supporting the psychosocial needs of patients and families touched by cancer. Fundraising events and initiatives are carried out through a partnership between committed Roswell Park Alliance volunteers and Foundation staff.
