The 2 main goals are to help teenagers with cancer across the country in their battle with support/inspiration and also raise research funds and awareness for thyroid cancer. We've been able to help almost 9,900 teenagers with cancer by giving them each a Teen Support Bag. These teens are in every state and DC and are given the bags through our 180 hospitals as of July 2022. The current cost is $85/bag to assemble and ship out.Bite Me Cancer has also directly funded 9 thyroid cancer research grants as of 06/30/2022. Funds this year will apply to our 10th grant (oversight/review is conducted in partnership with the American Thyroid Association)
