United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) educates, advocates and, provides support services to ensure a life without limits for people with a wide range of disabilities. UCP and its nearly 80 affiliates advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with a spectrum of disabilities by providing services and support to more than 176,000 children and adults every day-one person at a time, one family at a time. We work to enact system change-to revolutionize care, raise standards of living and create opportunities-impacting the lives of millions living with disabilities. UCP was founded in 1949 by parents of children with cerebral palsy. For more than 60 years, UCP has worked to ensure the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in every facet of society. Together, with parents and caregivers, we will continue to push for the social, legal and technological changes that increase accessibility and independence, allowing people with disabilities to dream their own dreams, for the next 60 years, and beyond.

The Hospice Support Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose purpose is to honor the memory of hospice patients by providing assistance to those who are coping with life-limiting illness, death and grief. Donations to the Hospice Support Foundation help support a wide variety of community-based services, research and education that can assist patients and families.

We see a world in which no person is needlessly blind or vision impaired. We are an international development organization focusing on blindness prevention and Indigenous Australian health. We are independent, not-for-profit, politically unaligned and secular.

Our mission is to help find the cure for diabetes and until that goal is achieved, to provide the care needed to combat the detrimental and life-threatening complications of this terrible disease. Since our inception we have awarded more than $25 million in research and educational grants for the cure to world-renowned clinics, hospitals and institutions.

The Guthy-Jackson Charitable Foundation is dedicated to funding research in the quest to understand the pathophysiology and biochemistry of Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO) Spectrum Disorder. Our Foundation is passionate in its support of programs and opportunities aimed at elevating the clinical paradigm for NMO patients and improving options for treatment, prevention, and an eventual cure for this disease.

Established in 1987, Global Health Ministries (GHM) continues the healing ministry of Jesus by enhancing health care programs of Lutheran churches in other countries. We pursue this mission by providing financial support for health care programs, receiving and shipping donated medical supplies and equipment, recruiting health care personnel for short term training projects, and collaborating with overseas partners in health care program development.
