Religious Liberty, in the Bible and the American Constitution, is America’s greatest gift to the world tormented by hate and by religious persecution. Our Mission, like the Good Samaritan, is to save lives from all kinds of persecution, rejection, or neglect and to confirm them in God’s image, the Author of all Goodness. Guided by the Spirit of the Lord, and in light of the Gospel, we toil to save the persecuted flock wherever that might be. With this, our initial aim is to protect and preserve Christianity and its roots; to restore hope, faith and love to all the children of Abraham. We serve based on the two greatest commandments of God: to love God with all your heart, and to love your neighbor as yourself. We work in all nations as peacemakers, forming new Apostles of Hope and Mercy for God, and sending them forth as ambassadors of Christ to the broken hearted and the oppressed, Proclaiming a Year Acceptable to the Lord.

Our status as a division of the National Federation of the Blind, the largest and most influential organization of blind people in the world, provides many benefits. Our members are well informed about the technological, legislative, and societal issues that affect blind people. We also enjoy the resources, support, and expertise of 50,000 blind people who can serve as mentors and role models for our children. And finally, as our children grow up, they, too, have the Federation to belong to. The purpose of the NOPBC is to: create a climate of opportunity for blind children in home and society. provide information and support to parents of blind children. facilitate the sharing of experience and concerns among parents of blind children. develop and expand resources available to parents and their children. help parents of blind children gain understanding and perspective through partnership and contact with blind adults. function as an integral part of the National Federation of the Blind in its ongoing effort to achieve equality and opportunity for all blind persons.

To provide dignified, compassionate, comfort-oriented care to terminally ill in our community To empower those facing end-of-life, the ability to live their lives with peace and dignity. To make our services available to all that need them, including those who survive by qualified and competent team which commits to continuously improve the quality of care they provide.
