Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island is a registered charity whose purpose is to raise funds to support the health and well being of children and youth in need on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Our roots go back to 1922, and we were previously known as the Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and audited annually, funds are carefully allocated to facilities, services, programs, special projects and urgently needed medical equipment that help ensure children and youth develop to their full potential. Children mean the world to us.

AdventHealth Hospice Care East Florida is a not-for-profit, faith-based hospice that is dedicated to providing compassionate, end-of-life care to individuals of all faiths throughout Volusia and Flagler counties. We are dedicated to acknowledging and preserving the dignity of individuals by providing comprehensive spiritual, psychosocial and medical support for those facing end-of-life challenges. AdventHealth Hospice Care East Florida acknowledges that death is a natural part of life and encourages every individual to live each day to its fullest.

Prader-Willi Alliance of New York, Inc. was founded in 1990. The purpose of the organization is … to provide information to the general public about Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS): to promote awareness of PWS among the general public and medical and therapeutic professionals; to provide a form (blog, email support) for discussion and professional interchange on the subject of PWS. to provide assistance, information, referral, and advocacy services to families and friends of persons suffering from PWS. to encourage and support research into the causes, cure and treatment of PWS. to assist and support the purposes and activities of the National Prader-Willi Syndrome Association, USA. to conduct any other appropriate activities that meet the goals of this organization.

We are an all volunteer organization dedicated to the promotion of health in Sonoma county through education, community service programs, fundraising and advocacy.
