Our programs and services help young people develop healthy interpersonal relationships, acquire academic achievement, manage social and cultural interactions, facilitate the exploration of spirituality and teach independent living skills.

The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide prescription eyeglasses and to help arrange vision and eye health care appointments with community eye care professionals for individuals who are otherwise unable to obtain assistance through private insurance, welfare, or other social services agencies.

We are devoted to promoting awareness/education, support, and research for this rare genetic disease for CADASIL patients, families, friends, and healthcare providers. We are also dedicated to creating a communication network among families as well as identifying sources of medical care and social services.

CHAI' s mission is to to enable adults with intellectual disabilities to live full, rich, safe lives while meaningfully participating in the community. In our nine group homes CHAI serves people who may need a protective residence for their entire adult lifetime and as long as CHAI can meet their needs. CHAI also provides residential, vocational, supported employment, educational, social and religious activities through our Wolens Program Services to clients who do not live in the group homes. CHAI also offers a Day Habilitation program five days a week that provides socialization and learning activities to increase participant's level of independence.

Our Mission is to provide a social support environment for professionals and families of individuals affected by Sotos syndrome so they can meet, exchange ideas and help one another cope with the condition. Sotos syndrome is a genetic condition causing physical overgrowth during the first years of life. Children with Sotos syndrome are often taller, heavier, and have larger heads than their peers. Because of the distinctive head shape and size, Sotos syndrome is sometimes called cerebral gigantism. Ironically, this rapid physical development is often accompanied by delayed motor, cognitive and social development. Muscle tone is low, and speech is markedly impaired.

Paramount Community Living And Rehab is a caring community that supports life for all ages while enhancing physical, social, emotional, and spiritual wellness through caring staff, innovative programs, and benevolent support. We are also a not for profit retirement community located in Newton, Kansas.

Pathway Home provides quality care to the dying, meeting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs in a supportive home environment, while respecting their individuality and maintaining their dignity in their final days. Admission is based solely on need with our regard to their age, gender, race, or spiritual beliefs

Harmony Heights is a therapeutic residential and day school for teenage girls with emotional, educational and social challenges that cannot be adequately served in the standard high school setting. Our dedicated professionals strive to empower these young women with self-confidence and the skills necessary to transition to higher education and careers.
