BISM was founded in 1908 by the Maryland General Assembly, and supports the blind community by providing stable and rewarding career opportunities, innovative rehabilitation programs, economic and personal independence, and appropriate resources for training and education. Together, we are positively changing attitudes about blindness.

The Retina Foundation of the Southwest is an independent, nonprofit research institution whose mission is to prevent vision loss and restore sight through innovative research and treatment.

Hands of Hope Foundation is designed to operate and develop faith based communities that will function on a local, national, and international level to provide financial and/or direct assistance to individuals, families, and other organizations in meeting a wide variety of needs to include: short term housing, medical care, education assistance, drinkable water, food and clothing; as well as a place of respite for Ministers and their families. Offering Hope in Christ in the spirit of 1 Peter 3:15. Our current projects include: educational services in Liberia, Bulgaria, and Thailand. Medical clinic in Weala, Liberia. 5 new churches in Pattaya, Thailand.

The mission of AIDS Action Committee is to stop the AIDS epidemic and related health inequities by eliminating new infections, maximizing healthier outcomes of those infected and at risk, and attacking the root causes of HIV/AIDS. To achieve this mission AAC provides services to the individual and addresses the root causes of the epidemic

Our Community House of Hope provides a loving home for those who are dying and educates the community on end-of-life issues.

Hospice of the North Coast provides compassionate care for the terminally ill and their families, including bereavement support. Our goal is to maintain dignity, comfort and the highest quality of life for those we serve regardless of age, race, disability, creed, sexual orientation or ability to pay

IT IS THE MISSION OF DOWN SYNDROME ASSOCIATION OF MINNESOTA TO EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, TO CREATE COMMUNITY AND CELEBRATE THE ABILITIES OF PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME. OUR VISION IS FOR ALL PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL IN AN ACCEPTING AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY.
