Rophe Healthcare Adult Day Service Center is a faith-based not-for-profit organization that has been developed to provide a community-based care option for the Aging population while meeting the spiritual, social, and cultural needs of each individual.

RSDSA, founded in 1984, is national not-for-profit organization whose mission is to promote greater public and professional awareness of Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome (RSD),also known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). RSD/CRPS is a neurological syndrome characterized by severe and chronic pain. It is generally the result of an initiating trauma but the resulting pain is disproportionate to the injury. In addition to pain, skin sensitivity, abnormal color changes, temperature changes, and sweating are also common. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are essential to avoid disabling pain, but this syndrome is consistently under-diagnosed and under-treated. One of RSDSA?s primary goals is to educate physicians and other health care professionals and the community at large. a chronic nerve disorder that may affect more than 1.5 million Americans. RSDSA conducts the following programs: publication of RSDS Review, a quarterly newsletter, refers individuals with RSD/CRPS to support groups and treatment centers, funds RSDS-related research, provides a free, informative inquiry packet upon request,has published Clinical Practice Guidelines, developed an attractive 4-color poster to promote greater awareness (free upon request), exhibits at major medical meetings,and maintains an Internet web site, www.rsds.org

The mission of the National Bone Marrow Transplant Link is to help patients, caregivers, and families cope with the social and emotional challenges of bone marrow/stem cell transplant from diagnosis through survivorship by providing vital information and personalized support services.

The organization provides members of the general public a comprehensive healthcare program to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of terminally ill individuals and members of their families, generally described as hospice services.

Providing a community of hospitality, safety, and acceptance for those looking for a path from the streets to a home, giving an opportunity for the community to reach out to those who are disenfranchised, voiceless, and left out of social service systems, and needing to experience the acceptance, accountability, and love of a community while receiving the basic needs of food, shelter, and connection to services.

The Westminster Village Foundation exists solely to enrich the lives of the residents of Westminster Village. The Foundation was established in 1983 to encourage philanthropic support of the residents and to contribute to the quality of their lives at Westminster Village. Contributions support religious, social, artistic, recreational, educational and health care activities, as well as strive to enhance and improve the facilities and services of Westminster Village.

Gum Moon Women's Residence and the Asian Women's Resource Center (AWRC), are projects of the Methodist Church established to address the unmet needs of women and children in geographic and social transition. In providing a safe sanctuary to live in and programs that develop life skills, Gum Moon empowers these individuals, fostering stability, self-reliance, self-determination, and full access to opportunity.

The object of the Organization shall be: A) To promote and maintain good fellowship among the membership. B) To serve the deaf community with special emphasis on the needs of the aged and the young. C) To stage social, civic and cultural activities for the good of the deaf community. D) To foster athletic teams so fielded for competition in the city leagues and in the tournaments sponsored by any regional or national association of the deaf.

Almas Unidas-Hearts United is a non-profit group dedicated to the care and development of marginalized men and women in El Salvador and Ecuador. They are dedicated to improving the lives of those they support by ending homelessness, introducing education and the arts, and developing life skills that will help individuals successfully enter the work force. They are particularly interested in giving our recipients the tools to achieve a better economic and social status.

THE COUNCIL STRIVES TO IMPROVE THE WELL-BEING OF ALL BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE BY: SERVING AS A REPRESENTATIVE NATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF BLIND PEOPLE; ELEVATING THE SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL LEVELS OF BLIND PEOPLE; IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL AND REHABILITATION FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES; COOPERATING WITH THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS CONCERNED WITH BLIND SERVICES; ENCOURAGING AND ASSISTING ALL BLIND PERSONS TO DEVELOP THEIR ABILITIES AND CONDUCTING A PUBLIC EDUCATION PROGRAM TO PROVIDE A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF BLINDNESS AND CAPABILITIES OF BLIND PEOPLE.

The Federation Center (formerly the Aurora Center) is owned and operated by the blind of South Carolina. Through its programs and services, the Federation Center has promoted security, equality and opportunity for all blind South Carolinians since 1961. A nine member Board of Trustees, all of whom are blind, govern the operation of the Federation Center with the valuable assistance of a distinguished Advisory Board of prominent civic and business leaders. The Federation Center of the Blind believes in blind people and is committed to the total inclusion of the blind into the social, spiritual and economic spheres of their communities.

LAKESIDE HOSPICE IS A FAITH-BASED, COMMUNITY-SUPPORTED PROGRAM, COMMITTED TO PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE AND IN PROVIDING CARE TO ANYONE WHO IS TERMINALLY ILL REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. THE GOAL OF LAKESIDE HOSPICE IS THREEFOLD: (1) TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE TO ENABLE THE PATIENT TO REMAIN ALERT, COMFORTABLE AND CAPABLE OF PARTICIPATING IN LIFE AS FULLY AS POSSIBLE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, (2) TO PROVIDE THE PATIENT AND FAMILY WITH AS MUCH PSYCHOLOGICAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL SUPPORT AS THEY MAY DESIRE OR NEED, AND (3) TO MAINTAIN COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND AWARENESS.
